This was, by far, one of the worse restaurants we have been in. First, the floor was sticky. That says a lot right there. Then we asked to be seated at the regular table and not the teppanyaki grill as we has some time constraint. So some servers started to move some tables together, as there were 5 of us. But then the hostess said that it will be actually be faster if we sat at the grill. So we followed her and sat at the grill thinking that it will be faster. Then we noticed that its not even ready. We have been to teppanyakis countless of times and it never is fast because of the entertainment that the chef has to put on for everyone. Especially that they sat other costumers with us. So I asked oh so politely for us to be moved to the regular table. Once we got there, everyone all of a sudden left and there no servers in the room. So we waited for someone to come over to get our drink order or something but no one came. We waited for about 10 more minutes amd still no one approached us. So we decided to walk out of there. Never ever going back to this restaurant again!

I have had problems with this place before. I like to call in my orders at restaurants and pick up my food. The food here is good if you can get it. Most of the time they never answer the phone if you try to call in, but every now and then when the stars align, you can get a hold of somebody. Well this particular time I called in my order, got there 30 minutes later when I was told my order was not ready, waited an additional 30 minutes while getting no updates whatsoever as to the status of my order. Finally I just left. I cannot ever justify going here again with that type of service. They are not kind to people who do takeout. If you dine in, you may be safe, but if you like to call in orders prepare to be treated as if you dont exist. In all my years of eating out this place tops the list of horrible service. With Igibon now closed, I am at a loss for where I am going to find quality sushi. Its gonna be a cold winter for sure.

the food is good, however the service was terrible. the waiter that i had, Bryan, didnt tell me my options for portions so a meal that i wouldve paid $4 for, ended up being $15 because he decided to give me the double (which i didnt originally ask for). he didnt tell me my options for sizes. also the wait was pretty long. a table that ordered after us got their food before us even though the people at my table and the people at the other table ordered some of the same items. so if you go here make sure you ask about sizes and portions cause they will (or at least Bryan) try to swindle you and over charge you.

We have ordered take out from here several times. The food is good, but the last time it took over 50 mins for our order to be ready and I had to stand awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant right in the middle of all the tables waiting on my food. There should be a separately designated space to pay for and pick up to go orders. Every time Ive been in, there has been a long line of people waiting to pay at the bar. It shouldnt take that long to cook anything. Especially an order for just 2 people.

We love the food here but the service here is NOT good. The staff was friendly enough but the were very unorganized and they lacked any leadership or management. It took over 1 hour to get our food. I personally witnessed my sushi sitting on the counter for 15 mins, and when they finally found it they were out of fried rice to complete my order. It is just sad to see a restaurant we love die because of lack of management.

Ive had such mixed experience here. Food is always good. Service is almost always bad (lunch can be good of not busy). When the service is bad it can be horrible. Ive said I wouldnt go back a couple times, but the yum yum sauce is good enough to bring us back. With so few dining options for business in Maumelle this is still on the rotation

So disappointed in this establishment now. Was a nice place to come when new, but todays experience was the worst of the increasingly poor experiences. Its no longer clean at all. Portions are smaller. Prices are higher. The sushi staff always seem on their game, but the rest of the staff are either confused or untrained.

the food is excellent, however the service is terrible. ive been double charged for drinks, charged for items i ordered and didnt receive and had my tip changed on my credit card after i left. we have said we wont be back and now im sure of it. take out only

The food was good but the service was awful and it was hot as hell in there!!! Throw up all over the bathroom... They were out of dressing and lettuce...!! A bunch of kids trying to run a very expensive restaurant!! Not a good idea! I was disgusted...

Wow I say. The hibachi is fun and they are great chefs. They seem to use good meat. The sushi is amazing. Besides tasting great they arev beautifully plated. Best sushi in Arkansas, one of the nest sushi places I have ever eaten at.

The food is good every time I have been there BUT every time I have tried to order "take out" I cant get anyone to answer the phone. Perhaps its just bad timing but I have tried several times and ultimately ordered somewhere else.

Favorite place of ALL the hibachi restaurants Ive visited. Yum yum sauce is actually yummy & I can taste that my food has been seasoned (unlike some more famous places). Great service & great food.

Maybe a little pricey however is it ever good ! Especially the Volcano Roll ! Great place to eat but you might want to come early on the weekends they get swamped as it gets close to 6:30

The problem with Sashimi is that the Sushi is excellent but the owner is not putting any money into upkeep. It is dirty and run down.
