I ordered two number deals both with no lettuce. Waited nearly 15 minutes between ordering and getting my food, and had to repeat my order to the cashier 3 full times. When I got my food, there was lettuce all over the tacos. I politely drove back through the line and when it was my turn ( again) I told the cashier through the speaker that my tacos still had lettuce on them. She said " well you said just the #4". " no maam, I didnt want lettuce on anything at all" She immediately said " well I didnt hear that. You dont have to be so rude" I was floored. I had been so polite up until that point. I didnt say anything, I just waited for my tacos. When she THREW the bag out of the window, I opened it to find that my 5 tacos with lettuce had been replaced with one singular taco. At this point I decided to leave and Handle this with someone with a little more authority over the situation. I am appalled and will settle for nothing less than a call from management and a full refund of my meal.

Bought lunch today at the Taco Bell off Broadway, for a co worker and my self took me about five minutes to get back to the office. We both ate one hard taco each that was so soaked with grease it fell apart we opend the rest of the grease soaked wrappers on the food and couldnt eat it. I called the person in charge to try and get our money back, they told me tacos will get soggy if you let them set out to long, I explained it was ten minutes at the most from the time I ordered till we ate, they refused to refund our money. I like TB and have had some good tacos from other locations. My suggestion is to check your order when you get it, and if it looks like this mess get a refund and go somewhere else, now I need to go find some antacids to take

Whats up with Taco Bells service late at night? Anytime Ive gone to ANY taco bell after midnight, Ive had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. The workers have to be smokin the herb during this time period. This particular one was no exception. When I finally made it to the ordering speaker, the worker told me that they were out of ground beef, chicken and steak. The only meat they had was spicy chicken. WTF? Since it was the only thing open, I went ahead and ordered some wierd thing with spicy chicken, and a bean burrito. When I finally ate the food 30 minutes later, it was freakin disgusting. Thats it. Never again will I eat at this piece of sh** place.

So freaking rude!!! They dont know proper basic business etiquette!!! Its like they do not want to make money!!! I literally call in an order every other Saturday/Sunday on my way to work! And EVERY time they give me an issue! We cant do this, we cant do that! Yet it just happened last week! The ONLY reason they are getting a 2nd star is because there is this ine managers thats sometimes there on the weekend... she makes life easier! Other than that they absolutely rude and a horrible business!

They got my order wrong. Instead of a regular enchrida they gave me a steak, and when I asked for no sour cream or tomatoes on my nacho bell granda they put it on there anyways. It was just terrible. I couldnt eat any of this. $20 and they got just my order wrong. When we tried to correct it they said they didnt do anything wrong. Dont go here. They are careless and my husbands grilled stuff burrito was busted open and was very bland. Worst thing we have ever eatin!

Terrible. Simply terrible. Ordered a combo (which, according to the sign, is INCLUDED) and they were charging me for it. When I asked about it, the food clerk decided to get upset "thats how we ring them out" is what she told me. Possibly upset because I was on the phone, I am waiting on my food as I type this.....currently at 10 minutes. Im honestly afraid to eat it. Come on guys; I only ordered THREE TACOS. AND there is not a line around or in the building.

The WORST taco bell EVER!! Rudest people i think i have ever met in my life! Does not even deserve one star. Oh and check your food for anything that normally wouldnt be on a taco!! Just a fair warning!! Also if you are in a hurry defiantly dont go to this Taco Bell It took me 17 mins to get ONE cheesy fiesta potato! ONE!!! 17 Mins!!! Its still shocking to me that i read all of these reviews from a few MONTHS/YEARS ago and its still the exact SAME WAY!!!!!

We turned to this place during a busy time but I can find no excuse for why we had to wait 1 1/2 hours in a drive through line to get our food. Other customers were getting out of there cars exchanging very mad words with the employees. In the end, the tacos and burritos we had were the worse I had ever seen come from a Taco Bell. All this was happening while we watched the just as big a line of cars in McDonalds zoom through with maybe 15 minute waits.

Dont stop. Keep driving. This place is the worst taco bell I gave ever been to. 20 minutes to get our order, which was wrong. Brought the mistake to the staffs attention and was told they were fixing it. 22 more minutes later, still not right. When asking again, we were treated as though we were lying. We just left. Terrible customer service! 0 stars if it were a choice!

When a business has their hours listed as 7am -3am it would be REALLY great if they actually OPENED during those hours. I sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes (and yes, I checked the clock, thats not just a random number) waiting on somebody to acknowledge me, but got nothing.

I sat in the drive thru for at least 25 mins so I got angry and decided to go in..meanwhile its an employee coming out to deliver an order so I asked where my food was and she said "you drove off so I told them not to make it" huh? This place should be closed down!!

One of the few restaurants on Broadway open past midnight, but if you go that late be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. I live downtown, and keep fooling myself into thinking the wait wont be as bad this time. It always is though.

They were careless and got beef in my burrito and I havent eaten meat in 7 years! When a vegetarian goes for so long and eats meat it upsets them. I only ate a little bit and had stomach troubles the next day. Theyre careless.
