First off I want to start by saying I loved Taco Bell before tonight...So I ask my daughter to stop by taco bell for me on her way home from track meet...After my daughter waited in the lobby 20 minutes for food. (This happens a lot like I said I loved taco bell..) she calls me to say that one of the crew members was being rude to her, gave her MY food and majority of the crew members begin to laugh at her...Im pissed at the little girl, but when the MANAGER!!! laughs as well when he should have explained to his employees that this time where laughing at the teenager that he dosent even know we can get these 5 cars off drive thru and 6 customers out the lobby..BECAUSE THATS THERE FREAKING JOB NOT MOCK CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE YOU FEEL LIKE ITS NOT OK BECAUSE OF SOME KIDDIE TEENAGE DRAMA..WTH DID THEY DO TO MY FOOD? WTH WAS SO FUNNY? I POLITELY WENT UP THERE AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. THE MANAGER OFFERED TO REWRAP...BUT I DONT EVEN TRUST YOU, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHO I WAS TALKING ABOUT BEFORE I GAVE HIM MY FOOD BECAUSE THE LITTLE GIRL DIDNT GIVE MY DAUGHTER A RECEIPT, NO ONE HAD ON A FREAKING NAME TAG, WILL BE THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND I PRAY THAT THE GM IS A BETTER PERSON WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I ALWAYS SAY ATTITUDES ARE REFLECTED FROM LEADERSHIP, I GUESS I WILL SEE AT 6AM IN THE MORNING...

0 STARS. Worst customer service EVER I asked for 2 packets of HOT SAUCE. The person was VERY rude and would only give me 1. This is in the drive through. I waited at the window and honked the horn to get their attention because she walked off very quickly. I waited 5 minutes. I honked my horn no one would come to window. I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone came to the window. Then I asked for another packet from the make worker. The original worker hid behind a large male worker yelling "ONLY ONE PACKET PER ITEM.just so you know" AFTER SPENDING 20$ THERE I CANT GET 2 PACKETS OF HOT SAUCE?? Is their business that slow and hurting that bad that they cant do 2 packets? Maybe if they took care of their customers they would get more business. HIRE DECENT WORKERS .ZERO STARS

Worst taco bell experience of my life. We just went around 10:30, and because Im a respectful person, we didnt want to go to the lobby 30 minutes before close, so we went through the drive-thru. The lady working the drive-thru was very rude, and she messed up our order in several ways, and when we asked her to correct them, she acted as if WE were the ones that did something wrong. When I went home to eat my Nachos Bell grande, all of the chips were too stale to eat, so basically I paid seven dollars for nothing. Youre fricking welcome taco bell. I wont be returning. I also heard that they failed the health inspection four times, so I wouldnt recommend going here.

Ive eaten here many times since I moved here in 1996. Your food lately has gotten pathetic. I was in saturday the 28th, ordered a beef burrito and a nacho supreme, I had to search long and hard for the beef in both the items I ordered. When I order a beef burrito, I expect to find and taste beef in it, there was very little. You dont have to be so damn tight that you cant afford to but enough beef so that it is not hidden. Ill take my business else where from now on. And this is not the only time Ive been unhappy with your service, It has just built up to the point that I will no longer tolerate it.

I was traveling and wanted to eat something in the car that wasnt messy. The crunch wrap is designed for that purpose. I ordered one and whoever made it needs to go back to basic training and relearn how to make it correctly. It was opened in the center instead of sealed and there were holes in it. The food was falling out everywhere and it was a huge mess. It was supposed to be easy and less messy to eat in the car. I am so pissed off!

This taco bell is not even worth for 1 star also. Not taking order properly and explaining us instead of their employee. That man who gave us our ordered food he put just 1 spoon of beans as if he is bringing that beans from his home. Taking full money but service is worst and employee are also useless. Train your employee properly for taking order and giving customer service. I am not happy with this taco bell.

Why are you looking at a review. Its Taco Bell. But this is the best Taco Bell in town. Its always clean and the employees are always ridiculously nice. It seems like whoever manages it actually takes some pride in it. Its Taco Bell so the food is going to taste like it. But orders are usually always right. For cheap fast foot this is the best run place in Conway.The one on prince is sketchy.

The drive-thru can get long which delays the service, but the staff are always nice and working as quick as they can. The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of depending on which direction you are headed. Any mistakes are corrected (this is not a complaint about mistakes - mistakes are inevitable, though should be rare, the way they are handled is much more important)

I love Taco Bell, but this is the worst Taco Bell ever. The service is awful and the last few times Ive gone there Ive waited FOREVER. I went on Sunday, around 2 and was told I should consider going somewhere else because I would have to wait 45 minutes for a soft taco. Seriously. I wont go to the one on Oak Street anymore. They totally suck.

Food was good. Excellent service & friendly employees. Prefer this store because it is colorful interior unlike the ugly decor recently put in the Prince Street location & uncomfortable seats & drab interior. Even having to park & walk at the Oak Street location we will go to it. It was clean when we were there.

never come here after 10, especially through the drive thru. I waited 30 minutes to order and then another 20 for my food. Also they screwed up my order as well. It has happened twice, so Im never going back again.

Your double tostada sucks... only difference from your other one is it costs more!! Someone from Taco Bell needs to go to Russellville and eat a tostada from Taco Villa. Now there is a good tostada!!

Its not the employees fault, but this is one of the slowest taco bells. They never have help. I literally have had time to search this Google review, sign in, and type all this before getting my food.

The store always seems to be clean and the employees for the most part seems to be genuinely concerned to try to help you. At times they do get busy but they do their best to get you in and out.

Is in the process of getting a much needed update after being stuck in the 90s for so long. Went on a sunday, and business was booming. Had to wait a while for food, but was fresh.
