My wife and I dined here and the bamboo shoots in her meal tasted like they were soaked in soap, are real chemical kind of taste, so we alerted the staff about our issue and she brought us the manager, he walked away from us before we could even finish speaking, then when it came time to pay I told him I would pay for mine and our childrens but my wifes was disgusting and we shouldnt have to pay for that and asked if he could take it off, instead he called an officer to come and make me pay the full ticket, including her meal, which tasted like soap and chemicals....will NEVER eat here again.

Food and services are very good in this area, heard a lot stories from the waitress said they been threaten by bad people, "they ate 70% of the meal they order then complaint A8 severing bad food, want A 8 take off the meal they order from the bill otherwise they will not pay for the whole bill, or posts on the face book and the Google." Cant believe that, I eat at A8 twice a week sometime lunch sometime dinner, thire food and services always excellent.

Yes, there are some people really want free food, they order a meal then pick out all the meat and aet them all, then complaint the food is bad dont want to pay for there meal. Yeah! The technology make them have that idea, if you not give me free, your food will be bad food, soap, this and that in your food, then your review on Google, Facebook, yellow page. TripAdvisor, any where. Just moved my finger around will got FREE MEAL.

The service was pleasant and the appetizers were ok, but the entrees were unacceptable. The sweet and sour chicken was tiny cubes of processed meat covered in way too much breading, and the broccoli beef literally smelled and tasted like it had been sitting in an outhouse just before serving. Also, the eggdrop soup just had standard store bought frozen mixed veggie cubes in it (aside from those it tasted ok).

The food is good, but the service for carry out orders has been lacking. Just spent over $40 for take out with 3 entrees and 2 appetizers. We had 0 forks, 0 napkins, 0 fortune cookies, and this isnt the first time this has happened. Of I dont remember to ask for them, theyve only been in the bag once out of the last 4 times weve come in.

Food is ok, but when you serve someone that doesnt taste good and you tell them they have to pay for it...not a normal customer experience. Staff was unknowledgeable and very short with responses. Wouldnt recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Great atmosphere and service. Food is great with large portion and its pretty inexpensive. You can add some spice to your order too (up to 5), but if youre up for some challenge, theres a "secret" spiciness level up to 10.
