they usually get the order wrong or something is wrong in it. I ordered a cheeseburger with NO ONIONS. IT WAS LOADED WITH ONIONS. It is like that every time I come here. However, the staff are really friendly and most of the time willing to fix their mistakes. When they handle the food they do not wear gloves and often either wipe the food on their apron or suck it off their fingers and grab the next item bare handed. GROSS!!!! To me this is a health concern!

The prices went through the roof, the quality of food is not worth the cost. Wendys is close enough that its justifiable to drive too since the prices are about the same, the quality of food far surpasses Sonics. Wendys is in my opinion the best burgers around, only because Hardees is nowhere close yet.

Usually very nice people taking orders, and carhops as well... Food is a bit pricey, but it is usually pretty good for what you are paying for. Be sure just like anywhere else to check your order before you leave, they are human and do make mistakes. But it doesnt happen very often
