I sit my water on the table and went through the buffet line. When I got back to my table, I took a drink of my water and the drink tasted terrible. The drink was something besides water that tasted terrible and had a horrible taste. I told the waitress and she brought me some water that was fit to drink. I watch my drinks very closely now. The waitresses are always coming to my table now and asking me if I am alright and ask me if I need a refill. I tell the waitresses no. That is a nuisance to me to keep coming to me table to ask while I am eating. I have talked to the General Manager and some of the other managers about this. One of the managers told me to tell the waitresses that if I needed anything else I would let them know. I ate at the Golden Corral on Friday, February 28th and told the waitress I wouldnt need anything else. She came back to the table and asked me again. I am tired of this and dont like this after all I got a very bad drink one day. Last week, on Friday, February 21st, I told the waitress I wanted coffee. The coffee tasted old and very bad. I told the waitress the coffee wasnt fresh, but she said the coffee wasnt old. They need to get some good coffee in the restaurant. I returned to the Golden Corral three days ago and I told the cashier that I didnt want a waitress to keep coming to my table to ask me if I wanted anything else or drinks. She called the Assistant Manager out and I explained to her Jamie Shockley. She said alright I will take care of it for you and said where are you going to sit. She saw where I was going to sit but I didnt see her tell the waitress when she walked around. I told the waitress that I didnt want a waitress and not come back to my table. When I had finished eating and was drinking water, one waitress came to the table and said do you want anything else now. I said no. I called the General Manager and told her that they didnt fully listen to me. At the end, they also came to the side of my table and started sweeping with a sweeper. They didnt leave my area and that sure sounds strange. They are people with bad mental problems emotionally off their rocker. They are also pest and awful people.

The last 2 times that I have been to golden corral in Ft Smith has been a huge disappointed! The food was so dried out truly was not fit to eat. I do not mind paying for a good meal, but slop is not on my menu. I am going to go one more time, but I intend to look at the buffet first before going through the line and paying and if the food is still bad I am going to be sure and let them know. Most importantly I am not going to have people meet up with me there because I do not want the embarrassment of picking the place for us to dine to again be a disaster. Truly was slop!

I do not have high expectations when eating here. However, this time was even lower than normal. The sausage was like chewing a piece of charcoal. I had to refill our drinks because the server was gone all the time. The advertised garlic shrimp was non existent. The prices jeep going up and the quality goes dies at the same rate. I have eaten here for years now and the is the final time.

My first time there. Excellent food and service. Half way thru meal, there was a commotion. Manager and employees rushed to lock the door. Learned, later, Thomas M. was coming across the parking lot for the "All You Can Eat Buffet." The restaurant, purportedly, neared bankruptcy due to the voracious appetite of Thomas M. They said he nearly, "ATE THEM OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME.

I usually go to this #Golden Corral at least weekly due to work in the area, always plenty to eat but seems to be the same menu every day except Friday or Saturday and that is now the only time they have carved ham or roastbeef... Many of the fried foods are usually cold or very dry.Andrea, Cheyenne, Christina, Heather R., Heather W., and Kerrie are very attentive.

I mean, its buffet style food so you know what to expect. I think we only go for breakfast if we do visit and its alright. Its just a variety of fried or sugar laced things. What can you expect from a chain that is selling unlimited portions for a nominal price? Either way, the local staff and cooks are attentive and I think thats what you can take from this opinion.

Golden Corral in Fortsmith, Arkansas has amazing bread. Though the bread is great at all Golden Corrals, this one proved no different. The scent of smearing butter on these smoldering wheat buns of deliciousness set off sensors in the brain that trigger euphoric emotions. Since it is a buffet the limit of bread a person can consume in one sitting is unfathomable.

One of the best Golden Corrals that I have ever eaten at. Even though it was busy. The food was plentiful, fresh and hot. The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was awesome. No dirty dishes left on the table. Drinks were refilled before they were even empty. My biggest pet peeve and empty glass.

We brought a group of 25 men and boys for dinner on our way to a camp in the Ozarks. Staff was very attentive, and polite. All the food was excellent and well prepared everything was fresh and appealing. Even with our large group the staff went out of its way to be helpful. Great job Golden corral.

There were 4 adults and 1 child and with 3 discounts for senior and law enforcement and a veteran the price was still $75.00 small drink was almost $3.00 the food was good but not $75.00 good if you come here then make sure you take out a bank loan before you come!!!!!!

Enjoy eating at GC. The Fort Smith GC is the best one in Arkansas for quality and flavor and consistency. The staff friendly and treats you like theyre glad to see you. We drive from Hot Springs to Fort Smith, just to eat at Golden Corral. Never disappointed.

This is the typical buffet option with over cooked vegetables and bland entrees, however, a good salad bar and grilled meat raises the bat. And remember to save room for the wide selection of tasty desserts including a chocolate fountain.

Literally everything you could want in a buffet setting. If you name it they probably have it. The only reason I gave a four is because sometimes their food can be quite bland, but Im sure that is unique to each person.

I dont normally rate restaurants but this was the most disappointing place.My family went out to eat here for brunch on the 4th of July it was awful. Not worth the money we paid out to eat here.Never again!!!

Great service, little girl at table next to us was adorable in the precotious kind of way. No shrimp for lunch. Sadface. Yummy chicken and potatoes. Oh god the potatoes. Like an angels hug wrapped in happy.
