CONSISTENTLY the worst customer service! They get an attitude at least 2/3 times my wife orders. I refuse to talk to them any more since the last time I got into a screaming match with the manager. The last time I dealt with them they had lied to my wife telling her that they in fact did have honey BBQ boneless wings, she picked them up & questioned the cashier because they looked & smelled like buffalo. They told her that they were honey BBQ. Once my wife got home with the wings I took one whiff and immediately said "these arent honey BBQ, theyre Buffalo!!". My wife replied back, stating what they had told her and then she went on to call Pizza Hut back. They told my wife, after a trying to briefly argue that they didnt mess up the order, that they didnt even carry honey BBQ boneless wings and all they had was buffalo. As soon as I seen the reaction on my wifes face and I got wind of what they said I quickly grabbed the phone and started laying into them. I asked them "why would you let us go through the entire ordering process, lie to us over the phone, lie to my wife in the carry-out lobby, then try to lie your way out of it being your fault once we call to confront you guys about this". The manager....thats right, THE MANAGER said to me "well I didnt take the order so I dont know". Ive worked management & Ive also worked in a competitive Pizza chain and I have never argued, lied, then try to deny fault to a customer....it has ALWAYS been a "Im sorry sir/maam I will make sure this gets fixed, can I give you a free pizza on your next order so that we can continue to keep your business?"!! Another time we had a fresh coupon to use that had no fine print like many of them do, stated FREE Breadsticks with Large Pizza at menu price. They wouldnt honor the coupon because they "didnt have a button for it". WTF??? You can honestly tell me that nobody in that store can adjust a price to honor a Fn coupon?? Im so sick of the attitude, discourteous CS, the putting on hold for 15 min during the middle of the order to only be answered back by another person who has no idea what you were ordering before they picked the phone up, & just the constant hassle of trying to get a satisfactory experience. The food doesnt outweigh the treatment of them thinking they can do without your loyalty as a customer, as if they could thrive without us, HA! Several of my close friends and co-workers have had MANY similar experiences with this same store, its unreal!! Unless you like the ghetto nature that this Pizza Hut exhibits, then just go to some other over prices pizza place.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! This Crossett Pizza Hut is the ABSOLUTE WORST food experience ive had. This past order has been horrible. The Garlic Knots were burned to a crisp. The cheese had been melted out of the knots, burned and hard. The Chicken Alfredo was burned so that the top layer of pasta was rock hard. i paid for the order and they handed me two of the items. I was asked to move ahead as they finished the Garlic Wings. Twenty minutes after moving(actual wait time), th cashier came to the vehicle to say, "Sorry, but we are out of Garlic Wings would you like Honey BBQ?" I was flabbergasted! Got to destination and opened the boxes, then I got mad. Had I been able to go back, I would have blown a gasket. I cant wait to speak with a Manager. I demand my money back as a principle. In previous orders (3 times now), I have placed orders online for the Chicken Alfredo only to be called back to say, "we have no chicken!" I will be close to death by starvation before i order from here ever again.

Just ordered a pizza and drink when it was delivered the guy didnt have my drink, crushed pepper, or parmesan cheese. Opened the box and its the worst excuse of a pizza Ive ever seen. Wasted $20!
