Bad. Ordered a pan of breadsticks and a personal slice combo with another cup of breadsticks. I noticed when they delivered it (it had happened before but I dont like to sweat the small stuff, just had enough) and stopped the delivery guy. He said the rest was in the box so I let him go and checked. They simply cut the pan order of breadsticks into smaller breadsticks. Lazy and basically stealing. It may be shallow or prejudice but what Ive seen of the crew does not inspire my hunger. This is not the kind of place you complain about your food to unless you are looking for food poisoning so I am just done. Too bad, their old location on 4th seemed better. Pizza is good but being slighted is a personal pet peeve.

Really slow service, I think the staff was just way too cool for us middle aged people. After a very long wait, and I understand the need for time to make deep dish pizza, we got a good pizza. My last experience was when I had ordered my pizza with extra sauce and less cheese with sausage. I got extra cheese and almost no sauce. I couldnt wait another :45 - I was starving - but PISSED OFF. Most of the Rockys store can be hit-miss. There are times when they get it JUST RIGHT. The I get some of the best pizza ever! I give a very CHARITABLE 3 stars just for those occasion when it is done correct.

This place is horrible. I came in today a little after 6 to get Two large Pizzas and a medium pizza. This is what my Niece wanted for her birthday dinner. And I got home, and the order was wrong. I got the wrong pizza that I ordered. So I had my Nephew call the place to get my damn pizza back. And after a half an hour of asking a million different questions I still didnt get my damn pizza. Im insanely pissed and very unsatisfied. I recommend not getting food from here unless you wanna get ripped off!

Amazing Pizza and Very Good Customer Service Ive been eating Rockys for as long as I can remember, but when they put in the Copeland Location I was very happy! I usually order online and usually a Sausage Spectacular, because its the best and I usually wait around 45 minutes exactly to come no issues at all. I have also eaten in their store many times and loved it too. Staff have always been really nice and welcoming, Definitely would recommend.

I wouldnt suggest anyone to order food from this location. 3 times now in just a 2 year period they have failed to do there job properly. If you spend 40 dollars on two pizzas you expect both of them to show up when delivered, not one. And than call to complain about it for them to tell you that your other pizza just came out if the oven. So now I wait some more. Thats my experience for tonight. Congrats again on doing such a piss poor job

I ordered $50 worth a pizza from this restaurant. I applied my coupon for a free Cheesy Breadstick with a specific instruction of it being online order only. Order went through, no Cheesy Breadsticks applied. Called back and Manager was being a complete jerk about honoring and applying. I canceled my order and told him to shove it. Terribly run, what company sends out promotions but wont honor it. A Crooked one.

I ordered delivery online, timing was ok, although I was next door at Candlewood Suites, so should have been quicker. Soggy fries and they forgot my sauces, thin crust is not thin and crispy as expected... Not too happy with quality or taste. First time customer, but will not return. Manager had no solution and employees seem clueless on what to do or how to handle customer service.

The only thing lacking was the marinara sauce. Otherwise, the driver was very friendly and in a good mood, the pizza was delicious as always and the breadsticks werent layered with the powdered cheese for once and not dried up. YUM.

Do not order online unless you do not mind waiting 2 hours. I Ordered online for a future time and it was late because they only got the order a half hour before the delivery time. Dine -in is fast and friendly.

Rocks has always been one of my favorite! Delicious pizza with great thick crust. The beautiful interior & upstairs seating area is wonderfully for an afternoon of working.

Great pizza and usually get my food 35-45 minutes unless I order on a Friday-Saturday. Would definitely recommend to anyone whos tired of the bigger chains.
