Twice in the last month Ive been stuck at the drive-through to pick up my order and nobody comes to the window for 15-20 minutes. Employee standing around talking but not serving customers. Food is lukkewarm at best when you finally get it, and cold by the time you get home. This is an ongoing problem at this location, I would order elsewhere unless you want horrible service and cold food. Unacceptable BS.

This place is ran for crap! Theyhave delivered to my house tons of time and I call to get pizza and they refused to deliver to my house cause the manager said we r out of city limits n the driver is scated. Well news flash maybe he shouldnt be delivering pizza if hes a chicken. N the manager was rediculas about it. Needless to say ive made a report to corprate n they will be losing some workers soon

Have ordered countless times. Pizza was made exactly to order each time, but the drive-through experience is an absolute wreck. Wait times of 20+ minutes, inattentive staff, (I was asked our order number four times by three different servers in a single transaction,) and the general vibe that the window is neglected. If you order carry-out, heed the warnings, save the trouble: go inside.

Called to order a pizza from a motel not even a mile from the store... they need the address of the motel... your phone number... the phone number to the motel too... Geez forget this crap.. B4 you can even place an order.. called Dominos just about the same distance.. all they need your phone and motel and room number.. Bingo.. phooey on Pizza Hut..

Most always been good. If I did have a problem, I spoke to them kindly about it and they have given me no trouble and made it worth it. Remember, if you have a complaint speak kindly and no swearing or slamming. Sweet honey draws better results than being abusive. If you do order pick up and the workers dont see you, then walk inside. Simple.

If I could put zero stars I would. They need to be shut down and if theres a pizza Hut in this town any longer they need a completely different crew!!!! Worst ever! Theyre not sanitary and burn what they make and hardly ever when Ive went in there have they kept food on the buffet!! Save your time and money and go else where!

Ordered a 10 topping pizza. Toppings were sparse, and it took forever to pick it up. Online order, $15 for one pizza, and they forgot the bacon. Drive thru was so slow I parked and went in. Faster to get one from WalMart and cook it myself!

Weve lived all over the area, and this is a good Pizza Hut. Theyve only made mistakes on a couple of our take-out orders and are happy to correct them. One of the few Pizza Huts that still have the BBQ Pizza!

We called ahead to let the manager know our church group of fifty would be coming for lunch. The manager and staff were ready with smiles and plenty of food. All went smooth and food and service was great.
