Not much to compliment. Service was fairly quick but we were the only ones eating at the time so I cant speak for it. They were friendly enough though and attentive despite being glued to the soccer game that was on tv. As for the food, it was pretty subpar. I had nachos and my girlfriend had a burrito (cant remember specific names at the moment). Neither tasted very good, all of it was pretty bland. Being perfectly honest, Id be willing to give them another shot but not anytime soon.

The Playa Azul 2 IS THE BOMB! The warm friendly welcome upon entering the restaurant gave such a sweet prelude to the food to come! The food AMAZING . the presentation impeccable! Everything in its place and no sloppy sauces or sides bleeding into one another. The ingredients and recipe are diet safe nothing over spicey ...just perfect like the service. I cant wait to come back. P.s. the bathrooms SPOTLESS which says alot about how they keep the rest of their establishment!

Unless you want to get cooked dead cockroaches in your food, DO NOT go to this place. The place is gross!!! 4/25/17 me and my mom got the Chicken and sea food soup. Half way gone and we found a big cooked cockroache. YIKES! We showed them. The girl server wasnt even apologizing about it nor did she seemed surprised and she was still trying to charge us for our meal, except the place where the bug was found. We refused to pay and the owner said that was okay.

We ordered frozen margaritas. The frozen margarita machine was supposedly broken, but right after the waitress brought the 1 on ice, she offered a frozen 1. But she didnt want 2 trade it, she wanted us to pay for another one, even though we hadnt touched the 1 on ice. Oh heck no! The margarita on the rocks was mostly ice (see pics) & oddly sweet. Been here for food before (not good). Thought wed give the drinks a shot. No need 2 ever come back.

My husband & I visited this restaurant due to their high ratings, but we thought it was absolutely awful! The food was extremely bland, the sauces served on top of their dishes was "runny", and when I tried to send my meal back, they made me pay 1/2, since I had taken a few bites!! We will never be back!!!!
