worst experience ever. I never been to a TB where they literally make you feel unwelcome. here is my experience. I pull up to the drive through literally wait there almost 15 min. saying "hello?" like an idiot. finally someone says "yeah" and I say "can I order 2 twelve packs" he says "you cant order more than 1 thing." and I say "really?" ive never been to a TB where they refused to take my order. so he says "If you want to order you have to come inside!" I was mortified. The last thing I want t do is go inside and order my food after driving 6 hours and by this time my kids are hungry. so i think ok ill just go inside and order my food. NOPE! i go to the counter and ask "why cant i order more then one thing through the drive through" cashier says "we are understaffed, would you like to speak to my manager" i say "yes ill speak to your manager" BUT apparently the manager was too busy to tend to his customers. so i wait there and i say "Ill just take my order" there was literally only 6 customers there and 3 of the people were eating. so i try and take my order, in the middle of my order he says "wait" after that i was just so over it i just wanted to leave. I felt like they didnt want to take my order so i say nevermind and leave. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE it does not take almost 30 minutes to try and order. We ended up just eating in flagstaff where people are much nicer.

Our vist on July 01, 2017 at 9:30pm was the worse.The young lady that took our order acted as if she didnt want to help in any way... The whole restaurant was very dirty. As we waited for our food we had to clean the table we were sitting at. During our wait about three people that ordered from the drive thru have an issue with the food and had to come in the restaurant to get the correction made. Still waiting for our simple order for about 15 minutes we finally got it, I found that the rice in my burrito was dry and hard, the burrito supreme was so small paying three dollars and some change for it was a waste. As we watched how they handled the food they ran out of beans, cheese, and taco meat. Nothing was in order. None of them had team work as the manager tried to helped instead he had to jump in and do the job. When it was time to leave on our long journey home we wanted to use the restrooms, but both men and womens were so disgusting we made a u turn straight out of the restaurant.

There is sometimes I enjoy eating here. However, one main experience I had was completetely terrible. I had ordered four bean burritos w/ extra sour cream & extra red sauce. The burritos tasted gross. The beans were very old and not very heated, they didnt add sour cream just red sauce and very little. I got the food for my significant other and he took it back with the receipt. The manager on duty was a woman, very rude. He told her how bad the service was and how bad the burrito looked and tasted. She just looked at the burritos and said, "Looks like a beautiful burrito to me." We could hear the staff also say something. Pretty sure the customer is always right and in this case obviously. There is usually another manager there that is a guy and he is much more helpful in stuff like that. That manager was snappy and rude, clearly she doesnt care. We ended up going to the new Carls Jr in town. Waaaaayyyy better service. Not going to Taco Bell there anymore.

This is a hit or miss Taco Bell. What do you mean by that? Well, the staff changes every two weeks. I have heard the manager there is not the most pleasant person to work for. In regards to that, you will either receive a 5/5 star experience, or you will be sent waiting 15-25 (Yes that long) for food. Almost every time you enter the Drive Thru, you are sent into the parking lot to wait. They do this to keep their "Times " up. But this creates problems when you have 3 or 4 vehicles waiting. About every 3 meal stops there, we do not receive everything we ordered. Hit or miss. They recently had a "Job Fair" to get people more interested in working there. Hopefully it will fix the issues they have . NOTE: Have been eating here for over a year.

Sign board in the drive thru advertised an 8 piece family meal for $18.99 got up to the window and was told it came to $22. $24.16 after tax. According to the kid at the window the prices changed but they hadnt gotten their new board stickers. Paid for it anyway (regardless of the false advertising) and got a paper bag full of the worst food I have ever had the misfortune to have paid for. No napkins, no sauce, tasted like they havent changed their fryer oil in months. Definitely never eating there again. Ever.

Omg! Horrible service. ..waited too long for 12 tacos. One side of the table was not set up and barely prepping up trays at 1215pm on the first of the month. A drive thru customer was shorted her change. She came in and asked for it and no one helped her immediately. She left and came back. .still nothing. Finally I got my 12 tacos and no apologies for the wait. Its a chaos. Hire new people that can be friendly and considerate.

dont even bother letting the manager suck you into giving you a $20 gift card in the mail for your bad experience. They wont even mail you that after 6 months. I wasnt looking forward to it anyway. The manager will call you and supposedly "sincerely apologize" but i didnt believe any bit of it.

The work force in this area is sorely lacking. Training of employees seems to be lacking. Employees way of solving a problem is to tell you that they "have had to redo too many orders today, here are some free tickets" and walk away from you. Not to mention the food is barely edible!

The staff has a horrible attitude for the fact they couldnt get anything right, over charged were the shouldnt have and missed charged a happy hour item then got all upset when we expected them to correct it. And the food was mehh compared to what we are used to.

The tacobell is a basic tacobell but attached to a long john silver youd think would make it Little better. Ok the tacobell is great but long john silvers is way to greasy, I mean the fish is great if you like late nights hangin around a toilet.

I havent eaten Taco Bell in years. I asked them for the best burrito and they served me a XXL steak burrito. It hit the spot. Place was clean, quick service and they made my burrito fresh. Would Taco Bell again in Winslow.
