Every time my wife and I have gone to this establishment we have had very poor customer service. The staff is rude, they mess up on orders, and they have all kids working there. They should really get some more experienced staff in there and get better training. The thing that was the worst part of my experience this time was there was a long line that I waited for to get a turkey sandwich. The customers in front of me ordered 6 piece chicken strips and we where the very next people in line. When they asked what we wanted to order I asked for there turkey sandwich and right as I said that someone in the back yelled kitchen is closed. So the cashier just told me that the kitchen is closed even though the customer before me just did a order for chicken strips. If they are going to close the kitchen at 8 PM they should at least have a sign that lets customers know that rather then letting them stand in line for over 20 minutes to not even be able to get what they came for. In my opinion that is horrible customer service as well as a loss of profit on there part. I hope something is done about this before they lose all of there business.

I seriously hate this Dairy Queen. First of all, the only thing I order there has been "sold out" for months (just the turkey sandwich)...REALLY?!! Its just toast, lettuce and turkey...The burgers are always greasy and the condiments imploded in the wrapper. Other than the BBQ sauce, the rest of their sauces taste old and expired. I pull up with 2 cars in front of me and am asked to wait to order for over 5 minutes, if they even acknowledge me. From the time I pull up to the speaker to the point when I get my food, it averages to 20 MINUTES!!!! With only 2 people in front of me!!!!!!! If the owners even glance at this, YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR STORE! Nobody wants to work at a place that is known for the worst service in this entire town.Why cant I have my order split on two tickets, why cant I add an extra patty to my burger? And who just opts out of selling chocolate ice cream during the week, the only soft serve in town (minus Mcds and Burger King)...They will not get any more money from me, and I have told everyone that crap they have to deal with going there.

This is the worst Dairy Queen in the history of mankind. I cannot express to you how miserable it is to go to this restaurant. Occasionally my husband and I will get so desperate for an ice cream treat that we decide to attempt it and we end up wishing we had pulled out our own fingernails instead EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you decide not to listen to me and go anyways, I promise you will wait over a half hour in the line. Half way through, youll want to bail out and leave, but you cant, because the curbs are too high. Its like Dairy Queen prison. Then, when you finally get your ice cream, it will be melted into a sad pool of wasted ice cream dreams. After our last visit, my husband and I made a blood pact never to return. Its that bad. By the way, they have delicious frozen lemonade a at Burger King and they are very friendly:)

This DQ isnt the best. I normally never leave reviews for restaurants but this one has pushed me to write one. I swear every time we go there, the blizzards are always messed up. The use the same mixer as they do for the chocolate stuff.... well when you have a cotton candy blizzard, you get upset when it tastes like chocolate. Decided to have a different blizzard tonight because I was tired of the cotton candy not tasting like it.. so I got a cookie dough. Who can mess up a cookie dough blizzard, well this DQ can. I literally had about 10 cookie dough pieces in straight ice cream.... I would hope the new owners would read their reviews and educate the employees on blizzard making! I really hope they get this figured out!

I refuse to take my service here. Like previous rewievers stated, they are routinely sold out of items. If its busy, they wont make you an orange julius. They will even say they are too busy! They once said they were out of salads and that those were seasonal, except it was summer!! They park a vehicle in the drive-thru with a note that says, "Drive-thru closed. Lobby is open." I asked them why and the kid said they were short-staffed and the only person who knew how to run the drive-thru was working the grill. They truly give one napkin per customer!! This is not even an exaggeration! Charge for waters... they shouldnt be in business because its been this way for a long time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They dont deserve one. Worst Dairy Queen in the state and quite possibly the worst in the country. They do not participate in any national promotions. They cant make an Orange Julius if they are busy. I assume this is because no worker is over 18 there. They are constantly out of product. One time I ordered a waffle cone Blizzard and I was informed the couldnt make those because the cones would break. Funny how every other DQ in the company could make them but Belgrade must be the exception. I do not recommend this place to anyone and i refuse to go back there. Maybe the owners should read these reviews and make some changes.

Of all the fast food places I have been to since moving to the area, this DQ is the worst place by far. The food is ok but the service is crappy....beyond crappy. The has no appreciation for the customer WHAT SO EVER. The impression I get is that they are in it for the money only. When they make a mistake with an order, they are quick to blame the customer instead of considering that one of their teenage employees might have made a mistake. I can say that I am glad that I learned of their poor CS skills and money grubbing ideals now so I dont have to give them another penny of my money while living here.

So my family and I decided to stop for lunch a couple of months ago. We decided to go in and order our sandwiches to and they literally missed putting 2 sandwiches out of 3, and an order of fries. Keep in mind one order. Tonight after getting home late from work my wife offers to go get me something to eat. She goes to Dairy Queen here in Belgrade. Telling them about an allergy I have. They put everything on the sandwich that could have cause a reaction. When she called them back the all the owners son could say is sorry we are closed. What great customer service.

715pm Saturday eve , we are the only ones inside, we order $30 worth of food and ice cream, ice cream was out in 8 min, so we wait for food, and wait , and wait. Finally I go up and ask for my money back for my food so I can goto burger king. I was told no but we have your order sitting under the heat lamp , by now 7:45 , I said I dont want it and asked to speak to a manager, told me nothing he can do but here is my food. Never again , we thought that new owners might have done some good but I was wrong.....stay away......
