Heres the issue I have with this location: they are extremely slow, even during off hours. If youve ever been to an In-N-Out in California youll notice that the location (company) culture is completely different than the Arizona locations. I dont know if its training, lack of staff, or just plain indifference but theres a huge difference between the two states locations. The burgers are always consistent but the fries are an extreme hit or miss. One visit they could be under-cooked and limp then another time they could be crunchy and mostly end pieces and then 20% of the time they are perfectly cooked. On the bright side, the iced tea is always great. And the sodas are mixed properly in addition to having awesome lemonade. Overall the food is decent but if you havent had In-N-Out before I would recommend the location in Oro Valley or the one at El Con before this one. TLDR: Great when they are on top of things; but usually a middling experience. This is a review about the location as much as the food.

Lugar con una excelente atención. Pedí una hamburguesa sencilla con queso, papas y refresco. Recomendable probar la limonada rosa característica del lugar. La hamburguesa en sí no se me hizo algo magnífico pero fue pasable. Lo mejor es que puedes hacer variaciones en el menú que está anunciado.

A good burger joint. The food isnt as earth shatteringly good as others say it is. I like that the fries are fresh cut and cooked in house. The burgers are okay. Its the friendly staff that I like to interact with. Theyre very patient and friendly. I have encountered some curt workers here though. If you dont want the double double because of the cheese, order a double meat instead. Its on their not-so-secret secret menu.

Very disappointed. Went through drive thru. The gal taking order was talking so fast we had to ask her to repeat information 3 times. Than we were fifth in line and by the time we got to the food window it was at least 10 minutes. We were told our order would be ready in a couple of minutes, TWICE. The burgers will barely warm and the fries cold and messy. Home was only 10 mins. away. We will not return.

Normally I love this particular location but lately the food has been inconsistent. Last night the burgers were over salted to the point where we only had 2 or so bites and then trashed them. They were overcooked and it had unwanted items on them. What a waste of 12.00. Also... Stop taking the paper off the straws... Its super unsanitary and the drink could be for another person.

In-N-Out in half an hour. I went at an off-peak time and proceeded to wait that long from ordering to getting my food. The food is inexpensive, but even then I would expect more than the soggy fries I got with my burger. Ive been to other locations at busier times and gotten faster service, so its probably just this location.

In-N-Out has fantastic food! For whatever reason, I always seem to get stuck behind a minivan ordering a large barge of food for what I can only assume is the weekly food allowance for the island of Tahiti in the drive-through, so I go in at this location and order to go. Staff is friendly and the place is always clean.

RYLIN is Awesome! I usually talk about food, but this girl had the best customer service. Very conversational and when I left I accidentally lefty purse. She swooped up my purse and put it in safe keeping! I found my purse thanks to RYLIN! Love ya girl THANK YOU!!!!

Oh the disappointment. Personally I have never been more disappointed by French fries so consistently in my life. Time after time I spend my hard earned cash on cardboard over cooked with no flavor. Never again will I make the mistake of "getting fries with that"

The hamburgers were fine, most of my French fries were burned. That didnt make Me too happy. I believe, the In-N-Out Burher At El Con mall is better. Their fries, are Always perfect..... "Walker", (Staff Employee) was very pleasant!

Love eating here for the tasty burgers, get them animal style chopped Chilis, and cheese on the fries. The worst part of eating here is the realization that when I head back to Texas Houston still doesnt have any locations..

Wow talk about SLOW!! It took them nearly 20 minutes just to make two cheeseburgers and it was not even busy at all. Soggy fries? Um no thanks. Better off eating at a diff location. This place needs to pick it up.

Good burgers and fries but avoid drive thru. Only time I went in for drive through I ordered a double-double with onions and fries and instead got 2 orders of fries. Of course I didnt realize until I got home...

Extremely clean to the point where you can still smell the lemon scented Mr.Cean. Food was incredible (animal frys) were to die for. Staff as always very professional,polite and courteous. 5 Stars from me

This In-N-Out provided fast drive-thru service and took my cash with a smile! My French fries were only half full this time, but I didnt discover that until I parked and started eating.
