This was by far, the WORST service, food, and overall experience Ive ever had in any restaurant. Where to begin.. Food: Our 4 entrees were brought out 5-10 minutes apart from each other when we were the last table of the night and they werent serving anyone else. The calzone was burned on the outside, cold on the inside, and the slices of ham and pepperoni were stuck together as if they had just been pulled out of a package. The pasta itself was decent, but the chicken was completely dry, the veggies were NOT fresh, and the sauce was unbearable. The "garlic bread" was a slice of dry, cold, crunchy, flat bread with no flavor at all. Price: Each dish cost $18-20 each, you get an average sized portion, and theres a required 12% gratuity. Each entree totaled around $22 which I would expect for good quality food, which it was NOT. Service: We were seated at a table and given menus, but expected to walk back up to the front of the house to place an order. The server only pours your water (which was on the table to begin with and we could have easily poured ourselves) and brings out your plate. We were never checked up on or asked how the food was. For a 12% gratuity, our service was EXTREMELY POOR. After a poor meal, we asked to speak to a manager who was VERY unapologetic and unwilling to give a refund or a discount on a $20 plate which we ate 3 bites of. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Go down the street a little further to the many other, cheaper, better quality restaurants on main street where you will be treated with much better service and actually walk away with a full belly. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Best pizza in Park City. I cannot understand the negative reviews here. If you want a fine dining experience you need to pay more than $15 an entree. This is not a fine dining experience: this is a fabulous local pizza joint on Main Street, Park City. You have to place your order at the front. They bring it out the second its ready; and if this means one entree comes out before another, well, so be it. This is better than losing the texture of the food theyve worked so hard to present by letting all of your tables plates sit under a heatlamp! Everyone there works very hard and very fast and Ive never had a bad experience dining in or taking out. Even on the busiest days theyve never told me longer than a 15-minute wait for a takeout order. Their building connects to Swede Alley where there is more parking in general and free parking under 2 hours; much easier than trying to park (and pay) right on Main. The pizza dough is well-seasoned and it comes out crisp and nicely browned. Even as leftovers its a delight. Their marinara sauce is perfect: slightly sweet, not swimming in onions, fresh and vibrant tasting. Their garlic knots are delicious. I dont usually get too excited about salads but theirs are remarkably fresh and fantastic. Ive spent five times that bill at other restaurants on Main Street and walked away sorely disappointed in the food. If youre really interested in a great pizza, a mellow, laid-back dining experience, pretension-free and accessible, this is the place.

What a rip off! $100 (which includes a $15 tip!) for 2 -16 inch pizzas, one over-cooked bowl of Kraft mac & cheese, 3 sodas, 1 order of garlic bread, 1 order of flavorless, over-cooked garlic knots, and one house salad. Now heres what got me, and what prompted me to write this review. They messed up our pepperoni pizza order, gave us cheese instead, and when we complained one of the guys from the kitchen brought us out a cup of over-cooked, dry pepperoni to put on the pizza...which was already devoured by 5 hungry kids, but on the remaining slices the kids didnt like topping dry pepperoni on flavorless cheese. They werent happy. Oh, and when hubby went up to order, they hand us a credit card merchant slip with a line for a tip; my husband wrote in $5, and then after we see on our itemized bill that they charged us 14% gratuity! So, these greedy guys got a $10 tip, not including our friends tip for their bill, for no service, in fact, not even a smiling waitress.I feel horrible for bringing a hard working family of 5 along with my family (9 of us altogether) to a substandard over-crowded establishment where you have to go up to the counter to place your order, and then serve yourself your own drinks! We owned a small restaurant at a ski resort for 10 years, and if I screwed up an order, I remade it and gave it to them free! But this place, not even a sorry or a discount coupon for a future visit. DO NOT GO HERE!! Pizza Hut is better than this place.

I paid $36 for 2 pizzas. Then watched people who had been seated after us get served before us. I tried to get someone to come to our table to help, but couldnt. So I went up the counter were i got some story that our cheese pizza had been made wrong so they sent it back. (could have let me know that) Then it comes out that our order was given to someone else. At this point our kids couldnt sit anymore so we had to take the pizza back to the hotel room. I could have ordered in for about 12 bucks. I was offered a beer for my troubles........I dont drink. When i called back to complain and ask for a refund i was hung up on by a very snotty server. Other major notes: You order your own food and pay up front, so you have to tip (if paying by card) before you see what service you are going to get. For the record - you dont get service. They seat you. You order the pizza at the counter, get your own drinks, and never hear back from anyone till they bring you your pizza. oh, and the pizza is nothing special at all. I will be talking to the manager and will update the review is there is reason to. If you are thinking of going here - just keep walking.

From the street this place looks very appealing, but sadly its a different story once you step inside. You have to go to counter your food, the cashier named Renz was very tuned out and not paying attention when we were telling him our order. We had to keep repeating it to him because he was not paying attention. We told him our order then sat down at our table. When I finally got my order, it was wrong. I told the waitress "I did not order this". Instead of taking care of it right away I got a very irritable response "lets see your receipt". Turns out my order was taken wrong. So she went and got the cashier who took my order. He seemed once again very tuned out but this time also very grumpy and irritated. Instead of fixing the problem right away he fought me on it, made it my fault. In reality he was not paying attention when I told him my order. When I finally got my order it was thrown on my table and was given dirty looks by the staff for their own mistake. I have NEVER been treated so badly at a restaurant. I will never be going back to this place. The staff is very sad looking. No smiles. No greetings. Clearly they just show up.
