Pedimos unas fresas con crema , cuando las recibimos era pura whip cream lecheras y fresas , nada de crema , solo whip cream , las revuelves y queda menos de medio vaso , quisimos cambiarlas por un raspado o algo asi ya que nosotros queriamos fresas con crema , no fresas y whip cream, la vdd no nos gusto para nada el servicio ya que dijeron no poder hacer nada, en cualquier lugar siempre atienden al cliente bien , mientras estabamos ahi vimos como otras personas tmb se quejaban y no les resolvian nada. Asi que a tirar las fresas con whip cream que sabian malisimas. Lastima que no tengan buen servicio al cliente. Deberian cambiar el nombre de esas fresas a fresas y whipcream ya que el vaso esta lleno de eso solo whip cream en el fondo en medio y arriba y unas pocas fresas.

They got my ordered incorrect and they charged me extra to put the ice cream scoop tht was supposed to be there so they put the ice cream on top of the raspado when it doesnt belong there!!!! My point is that if they cnt get a simple order right then they shldnt work there. I left all pissed. I shldve Juss thrown tht raspado to her face!

Went there with my husband May 29th because I was craving Elote. They served it in the cup but it was sooooo sour and salty, I couldnt eat it I ended up tossing it out after I asked if they could trade it in for something else so I wouldnt waste my money. They said "oh we cant" Ill never recommend their salty sour Elote EVER!

The place is packed on the weekends so I figured I would give it a try. Maybe it was the item I purchased but I definitely was not impressed or satisfied with my purchased. Im sorry to say that I wont be a returning customer.

Usually its okay service, but this time was too much. Waited more than 10 minutes for my order. Only after I found out they werent even making it. Never going here again.

Debit card was declined when it had a positive balance. Used credit card instead. Both still got charged. Didnt leave a positive taste after that
