I usually rate everything great, but Pancheros is really subpar. When competing directly with an awesome brand such as Chipotle, there isnt much room for error. The food seemed to have been sitting a while, Im not sure why the rice was yellow, and the overall taste was... okay. I definitely still ate all of my chicken burrito, and tried out their newly famous "ghost pepper sauce" to see just how spicy it was (it was really hot, but didnt care for the flavor much as it was a bit sweet). There was just nothing great about it. Okay is the only word that comes to mind. Not bad, not great, just sitting there in the middle.

I thought this was excellent for what it is. First time I have come across it and I thought it was easily as good if not better than the likes of chipotle, moes and qdoba. The fact that the tortilla is pressed right there in front of you then heated on the grill is awesome. It tasted fresher than any others, and it also held up to being packed full. The other great thing was they mixed all the filling so that you got a little bit of everything in every bite versus it being layered and getting a bite of just rice. It was a bit pricy with everything costing extra but all the other chains do that too.

We decided to stop at pancheros Mexican Grill for the first visit ever this last weekend. Not only were they short staffed they were out of several things on the menu. Their service was slow rude unhappy and not only that they were unprofessional and rude to each other. I was severely disappointed with the level of service that we received when we went to this new restaurant for the first time. In addition the soda machine was out of carbonation and it took them 10 minutes to refill it.

This is by far the best burrito place in town. I drive 35 minutes JUST for their fresh pressed tortillas that are cooked right in front of you, their food is amazing so many flavors, their corn salsa is so delicious! I would deffinitely recommend this to anyone and everyone. This place is a million times better than chipotle. They mix your burrito so you can get every flavor in every bite, its a nice breath or fresh air, to actually have some really REALLY good food for a change,

Enjoyed this place for awhile, particularly for the fresh pressed tortillas and the fact that they mix your burrito before wrap it. Had a loyalty punch card that was filling up and was told that they wouldnt punch it for BOGO deals. I was still paying for 1 burrito so I expected to get 1 punch. Sorry, you dont hand out loyalty cards and then tell a paying customer that you arent going to stamp it. Needless to say, lost my loyalty. Not going back.

I bought a steak burrito to-go. Being warm and moist when they put together the tortilla, the tortilla completely binded to the aluminum foil they rolled it into and I couldnt separate any part of the tortilla from the foil. So I had to pour the meat into a bowl and throw away the tortilla/foil Just a tip. Ask them to not use aluminum foil!!

Panchores is way better than Chipotle. Tortilla is press fresh on the spot and food was fresh as well. I compared the Carnitas Burrito between Chipotle and Pancheros. Pancheros Carnitas Burrito hands down has more flavor than Chipotles Carnitas Burrito.

While styled like a Chipotle, the food is nowhere near as good. The steak was gray and tasteless. All of their food trays were covered when I told them what I wanted, otherwise I never would have ordered the steak. Last time I ever eat here.

I went to this place last week and I was so impressed! They make their tortillas right in front of you, not like Chipotle where the tortillas are stale and chewy. Great customer service and awesome food, definitely coming back :)

I learned of this place in Iowa. I would say, food taste pretty identical...which is good. But...the feeling of customer love and being customer-centric left a bit to be desired. I will definitely be back for the food.

Fresh pressed tortillas, not the stale reheated ones you get at other burrito places. Queso and corn salsa is awesome. They also have a rewards app. Free burritos!
