Called the store prior to going in to ask what the soups of the day were. Person who answered the phone "Steven" was very rude. Answered the phone just "Kneaders, this is Steven." When I asked what the soups were, he was very short and snappy with me. When I went to the store, I used the drive thru, it sounded like it was the same person that I spoke with on the phone and was equally short with me. He just sounded like he did NOT want to work there. When I got back to my office, I realized that my order was wrong and what I did get was not good quality. I got a salad that only had 3 croutons on it and the cucumbers were so old I had to take them out. I am not normally a complainer but this is the 4th time I have had this or a similar experience at this location. I will NEVER go to this location again!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this place during your lunch hour. I never write reviews. But I had to this time. I waited almost an hour for my salad that was to go. Only to arrive back at work with the WRONG salad. They only had one poor girl running out orders shouting peoples names. They have one person at the register and several people making food but obviously not enough leadership or food runners. Their food has always been great which is why I decided to go. But never again. Maybe I will go on a weekend when I have all the time in the world. Otherwise, do not waist your time and money. You will wind up being frustrated.

Cute Little Bakery, had carolers hired to sing on Xmas eve. I had their french toast for breakfast and it was pretty tasty, also bought a nice country french bread to take home for dinner that evening, was also very good. Only complaint is the layout, they had so much stuff crowded all around the store it felt really uncomfortable. Not sure if this was just because of the Xmas time rush, but with the limited seating they have already, I felt like they were doing a bad job by making it worse.

Today was my first visit to this restaurant and will probably be my last. The clerk behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. I ordered the chicken salad croissant with chicken noodle soup. The soup tasted like it came from a can. The croissant was hard and chicken salad very bland. Ive had much better chicken salad croissant sandwiches from QuikTrip. For the price and lack of good service, I wont be back. Paradise Bakery is much better, has much better customer service and food.

I dont know why they can not get it together, EVER! There is never a time where they dont mess up an order. I ordered a smoothie today and it wasnt even subpar. Their muffins are too dry, like they over bake them and on top of it all I ordered a hot meal and my girlfriend order a turkey sandwhich which they put in the same bag so her sandwhich got all gross. The Turkey is Very dry today, itll be a while before we come back if we ever do.

So hard to choose from cookies, pastries, breads, and other goodies when you first walk in. Every time I visit, I end up with an armload of bakery treats before Ive even ordered my meal. Love the banana crumb bread and the chocolate eclairs and the peanut butter chocolate cookies and so on. Enjoyed a breakfast croissant recently - made fresh and very delicious. Comfortable atmosphere for dining in and easy to take items to-go.

Waited for 10 minutes in a line with 2 people in it. Cashier was preparing food so as an order was placed she would prep it then serve it. Taking forever, other employees are just hanging around not helping out. Chicken soup stock base was thick and kind of gross. Desserts were good as well as the bread. Will come back to check out breakfast and buy bread, Ill skip the other food options in the future

Im not hard to please but this place downright sucks, stay away. They didnt give me the drink that I paid for, "hot bread pudding" was served ice cold, they gave me the wrong kind of sandwich, and even managed to smash the bag of chips into inedibly small crumbs so there was not a single thing I ordered that wasnt missing or wrong. Wont even bother to call and complain, because I will never be back.

They have all you can eat pancakes and French toast, and theyre delicious. Its only all you can eat if you dine in. The offer a wide range of beverages, different kinds of tea, different kinds of coffee, water, and a variety of coke products. They also have very good loaves of bread, different kinds of sandwiches, and a wide range of delicious pastries.

Good place to chill if youve got some downtime. Morning Sunshine Smoothie was on-point but the turkey in the Turkey Cranberry Croissant was a little tough. Service was great, just make sure you give yourself enough time to wait for your order, especially if its the lunch rush. Now leave me alone so I can go order my Berry Cheescake

This place has great food and sweet treats. The food is great and has a wide range as long as you like soups or salsad. The one down side is it is very busy and the tables are all mounted in the ground in very poor locations. I had 5 people in my party and it was very hard to accommodate becuase we could not pull tables together.

Something for everyone. Poblano soup is really good. Panini and turkey sandwich as well. Best thing about the turkey is that it is hand carved, not pressed deli meat. Love that it isnt so processed. Bakery goods have a homemade quality and freshness about them. Utah based chain, ergo, Mormons can bake!

Went to get a take out caramel apple for my son. Waited over 10 minutes and had to approach an employee to get the item. They dont seem very organized when it comes to handling moderately busy times. Also noticed several customers having to ask for silverware after getting their food.

Great food but keep in mind that the lunch service for takeout is SLOW! Its been 15 minutes so far and Im still waiting for two sandwiches and soup combos. I have a limited lunch break like a lot of people and wish they had a more efficient way of moving through the lunch crowd

I love it when I find a restaurant with HEALTHY options! The best salads and large portion sandwiches (beware, sandwiches come loaded with a mayo/mustard sauce & onions -so, just ask for the way you want it!) Beautiful desserts and great Tea options! Casual clean atmosphere.

Good clean...good fresh food. No WiFi . really? Smack in middle of a technology park of big businesses. Wpnt come back with out of town business visitors. They need to WiFi. Revised. Too slow. Left without getting a simple cake to have with mu drink. Poorly managed.

A good place run by nice people. Nothing is organic, however. They took about 15 minutes to make my sandwich once, and in return they gave me a free loaf of dessert bread. Try the paninis. I recommend swapping out the default bread for their sourdough.
