Pretty awkward experience. Ordered the bagel toasted well and one side with cream cheese and the other side with butter. Seems easy enough. She never wrote it on the order sheet. I thought maybe there was an abreviation for special orders or something so I let it go. The cashier seemed to be rushing me, but its 7:30 in the morning. Why are you in such a hurry. There is no line. I dont know. Anyway, I order my coffee which is delicious. EVERYTHING IS FRESH! But the atmosphere is a bit unwelcoming. Just when I was the only person sitting to eat for a few moments, every single employee was staring at me like they wanted me to leave so they could be themselves. I dont know. This is my second visit. The first time, I was with my husband, so maybe I didnt notice as much, but this time, Im alone and more observant. All in all, the place was clean, the food was fresh, but service seemed cold and distant and smiles seemed forced. Dont recommend for people who love to talk to the employees of the places they eat, but if you really couldnt care less, and you only care about the food, then this should be a great place...or if youre ordering to go.

We ordered Lox and Bagel, and they freakin COOKED my salmon lox!!! Who cooks lox?! What a waste of a good thing. Then I gave them another chance as to not rush to judgement, and ask for another order and tell them not to cook the lox. They still messed it up!!! The bagels themselves were not so good either, even a notch below mediocre. We were there at 8am; there were customers in and out. I did not taste anything that resembled a fresh bagel nor any smell that indicates fresh bakery was abound. They were not stale, if I have to say ANYTHING nice about this place. Coffee was not scalding hot, place was clean, and the bagels tasted like cardboard. 3 hours later, we have upset stomachs....maybe thats why they cooked the lox. Perhaps they werent fresh? Shady.... That was certainly a great way to have an abysmal breakfast and proceed to spill excrement toward the rest of your day. Never coming here again.

We used to like this place, but it seems that the quality has really drastically declined. I ordered an egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich, and the bacon seemed raw. Also, there was a very stingy portion of bacon (2 very small strips). The sandwich looked disgusting with that undercooked bacon so I brought it back to the counter and explained that the bacon was undercooked. Instead of just apologizing and making me a new sandwich, the person making the sandwich said: oh, so you wanted it crispy?". I told them that I just wanted it cooked. I then told them to forget about the bacon, and just put ham on the sandwich since I was so grossed out by the undercooked bacon. Instead of just apologizing for the undercooked sandwich and for my inconvenience, the girls behind the counter all started to look at each other and whisper to one another about it. On a lighter note, their bagels are always awesome.

Cant believe that I have not tried this place yet...right around the corner from my house! What a little gem. Food was great (we had breakfast) - great selection of bagels (all were fresh). I would and will be going back. This is my new quick stop place! They are FAST at filling orders too.... so no wait time! And, as others have mentioned --- the bagels are HUGE! LOST STAR - the sitting area was not "clean". I had to clean my own table. This is hot button for me. I expect to be able to come in, order, and sit down at a clean table. The place was not that busy - so they just need to come out and clean every once in a while.

This restaurant is a disgrace to humanity. I go in to get my daily bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and then I was verbally abused by the 40ish year old female Mexican employee. I accidentally put lemonade into my water cup and she called me out for it. I didnt hear her at first, so I replied "wut?" and then she replied back "are you deaf? You put lemonade into your water cup." Little did she know I am actually hearing impaired. I am extremely offended and I refuse to eat at hot begal until I get an apology and a $500 Hot Bagel gift card. I hope you take this into great consideration. Thank you

There are so many different options of bagels and breakfast items, I couldnt even decide what I wanted the first time I came here so I got a regular toasted cream cheese bagel. And being so plain, it was even amazing! If you want a cheap breakfast, but something thatll fill you up, while being healthy and tasting good all the while, go to Hot Bagels!

Great breakfast place. I always get the sausage burrito. You can get no meat (just eggs, cheese, and potatoes), bacon, or ham. Their salsa is great. They make their own bagels and I think they make their own cream cheese. My son always gets the bageldog. (Hotdog wrapped in a bagel). Also, the coffee cake is great. Its always packed here.

To start the place was really dirty. I understand they were busy but please get someone to clean through the rush. They bagels were fresh thats it. Every other part of me and my wifes sandwich was sub par. Also I am pretty sure my wife is dealing with food poisoning from the tuna as I write this..

Even without being toasted, my preference is soft bagels, not hard. Price is very high for a simple egg, bacon, and cheese bagel at $5. Want a bagel with cream cheese? That will cost you $3.35. $8 for two bagels. Not sure where they get these prices. Unfortunate.

I live close by and come here frequently they have Boars Head meat and their service is always very quick even though theyre busy during the morning and lunch hours they have good bagels and great sandwiches. The only downside prices are a little high

Great little place for a quick breakfast and coffee. I had the jalapeño bagel with salmon and cream cheese, my wife had the everything bagel with cream cheese. Both were great. Nothing beats a fresh bagel and good coffee. Highly recommend this place

The bagels here are so fresh and delicious! The only suggestion I would make is that they often run out of egg bagels, but that is simply because they are so good. I just wish they would make more everyday!

Delicious!! Stopped here one day for lunch after a hike on Thunderbird Mountain. Had the Reuben and LOVED it! Looks like everything in there is really fresh and would love to go back and try the bagels.

Easily the best bagels in the northern part of our fair Valley of the Sun. The breakfast sandwiches are hot and and the coffee is hotter, but both are FRESH. I enjoy Lox, they do it justice here.
