The food and prices are great but the customer service is awful! I was just in there and asked one of the men stocking where something was and i misunderstood him and when i asked him to repeat himself he gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude, like i was wrong for asking him a question. Then the second issue was when i was at self check out, i guess i wrote one of the codes wrong on an item and the lady that was working there treated me as if i was trying to steal and was being extremely rude, telling me to "go get the right codes". I will definitely not be stepping one foot in this Winco again. drive the extre few miles and go to another one where you will actually be treated respectfully.

I love the prices on food, everything is very affordable. HOWEVER, the meat here is so disgusting!!! I bought a 6 patty pack of hamburger meat. They were nice at red, but when I got home and lifted the top two the rest were really brown and old. Ive also noticed how other meat there is really dark brown and old. Im sorry but thats just nasty. They need to throw meat like that put instead of fooling us by putting good looking ones at the top and old ones underneath. We actually got sick after eating those hamburgers. Until then 1 star.

Love the fact that prices are low at this location and it is open 24 hrs however the parking lot was filled with shopping carts and even an electronic cart parked in the middle of the road that separates the store from the parking lot. As I shopped, the stocking associates were unfriendly and made me feel like I was interfering with their production. When I was ready to check out and purchase my items, the cashier was about to fall asleep. Overall this Winco location is a 2 star for me because of the prices and hours of operation.

Refill water tastes funny today. Its usually consistently cleaned. Organic options are great, although the avocados and mangoes are usually far from ripe. Theres always people stealing fruit, dropping produce and putting it back and eating while they shop and the employees dont seem to notice/care. I avoid the bulk foods because I have found hair in some items on two occasions. In my opinion, the main problem at this location is the dirty habits of the customers due to lack of employee vigilance.

Love the prices. Love the quality. Love the assistance. Wish they sold Velveeta cheese but its not to much of a disappointment. Also love how fully stocked they are of one product. Feels like theyll never run out of something. Girlfriend and I go there solely to get noodles, hamburger meat (because its $35 for 10 lbs of 93-7), and water. End up leaving there spending all of our food stamps. Lol not complaining because we get a massive amount of food. Best idea ever.

We were just at this location today because we were told by a person in the working in the meat department a week or two ago that they were now offering sushi and they make it in house, they were even offering samples, however when we arrived today we were told that theyve been trying to acquire sushi for three weeks and it would arrive from California. I dont like being lied to, just be up front about it thats all I ask, otherwise I like this WinCo.

They could not tell me the price of my ground beef over the phone so wasted my gas only to find out that they where higher then Walmart, Fry, Safeway and Bashas.In Addition they do not accept Credit Card payments, they dont pull in carts, the had a trail of watermelon juice across the floor.This place is poorly manage dont waste you time poor service rude associates.They will go out of business if they do not shape up.

We love this place! Kathy D was a great cashier and pleasant to talk to and the store was clean. The prices were well worth the drive and the selections are good too! Now you need to build a couple stores in Tucson. One by El Con one one out Southwest of town on Valencis or Ojo. Then I can have my friends and family shopping here too!

Best prices on groceries. I always feel like Im paying more if I shop elsewhere. Only 4 stars due to marginal produce quality. Otherwise this is a great straightforward shopping experience with best prices. If you want fancy, go elsewhere. If you want the best prices, WinCo is for you.

This place is awesome! cheaper than walmart and they have a great selection of fresh fruits and veggies. They make a garlic sourdough bread in their bakery department that im addicted to! I wish they offered more vegan products, but this is still my go-to place to get groceries.

Absolutely wonderful. Would be 5 stars, and will as soon as they build a few more locations. I dont really understand this gentlemans rant. It wouldve saved him a huge amount of time and obvious frustration if hed just shown his ID. I wouldnt expect or ask for a 4 year olds ID.

The prices are excellent and its almost unbeatable. Walmart and Frys cant hold a candle to Winco because they know theyre beat. I also like their bagging system of choosing your own bags and not to mention theyre open 24 hours :) wish they had a store in the southwest valley.

Their prices are almost always the cheapest around. The only problem is that their produce goes bad quickly... I never but produce unless I plan on eating it the next day or 2. Usually By the 2nd or 3rd day, the produce is bad... Other than that, I always shop at Winco!

Excellent store! I’ll bag my own groceries any day to save my money. Frankly I do it better myself anyway. How many times have you come home to things broken or mashed? Each time I go I find new lower prices. Their meats ad produce are great too.

I love all winco stores but this 1 I think the staff members are a little snotty their not very personable at this 1 they could improve on their customer service skills. My favorite location is Bell and 7th the staff is very nice at that location

Cant beat there prices and no need for price match cause they always beat there prices! Better choice and quality meat and the produce is not only great but cheaper! :) wish we had one closer to Avondale! Worth the drive though..Walmart sucks

Great place to shop. They have a large selection of quality produce, meats, and bakery products. Its clean, well organized, and prices are lower than other stores. Staff is friendly and efficient. And I dont mind bagging my own groceries.

My family & I went shopping at winco for the very first time yesterday... WE LOVE IT!! Wish we had one in Surprise, but we will gladly make the drive for quality & great prices. O & the employees are all so nice too! I ♥ WINCO!! :-)

A good priced grocery store with the exception of their vegetables and fruits. Shelf life is limited to a minimum of 2-3 days tops. If you want fresh fruit and vegetables you are better off going over to Sprouts across the street.
