First time I went here I had no clue how to order a sandwich. A friendly gentleman at the cash register helped me out. He must be used to peole walking in and not knowing what they are supposed to do. Near the entrance there are multiple paper sandwich bags categorized by meats. On the bag there are a list of ingredients, salads... etc. There are more ingredients than other sandwich places. You simply mark the options with a marker and hand the bag to the cashier, then hell charge you based on your selections, prior to making your sandwich. Seems complicated, but it is a simple process. Sanwiches take longer than usuall to make, when compared to Subway. It is worth the wait though. Which Wich uses fresh quality ingredients for all their sandwiches. I havent been disappointed so far. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to other sandwich places.

NO soap in the restrooms and the employees use the restrooms. First of all this whole thing of pick the bag and make check marks of what you want not a good idea. You must read entire bag before you start and the idea that this bag is handled by the public then the employee takes the bag rings the order makes the sandwich then moves to the next, oh almost forgot the bag heavily touched by the public is hanging over the food, NOT sanitary at all. My mom ordered a regular sandwich and I ordered a lettuce wrap, we got our orders and we both got lettuce wraps. lettuce wraps are definitely not their specialty its hard to explain how bad they messed that one up. The thin shredded meat they use is very salty. Because of the messy lettuce wrap I needed to wash my hands guess what NO soap in the soap dispenser in the ladies restroom and the employees use that restroom.

Let me start by saying the food is great, but if u want speed, this is not the place for you. I have been here a total of four times now and each time has been different from the last, today was 3pm on a Friday, 2 personnel were in the front and 1 in the back, 1 in the sandwich line, she disappeared for about 5 minutes before I got upset. They then realized nobody was working on making food, made my sandwich, and gave me a free cookie for the 30 minute wait. Only one person was ahead of me. It cost 9+ dollars for a sandwich and a large sub. I rated atmosphere bad bc the windows arent tinted and its a corner store, super bright when I want a cool retreat from hot Vegas sun, also because the other people in there are waiting on their food so it becomes a mob of angry customers.. Im done with this place

I visited this place last night for the first time... This business model is trying to capitalize on the success of shops like Capriottis and you can see it from their menu selections... IMO the ordering process is needlessly complicated. This particular branch was occupied by 3 workers. One who told me that they were out of basically all their toppings but lettuce. The tables were filthy with crumbs and dressing, there literally, wasnt one table that was clean.. The young man who made my sandwich spent most of the 15 min it took to make my sandwich talking with the (im assuming) manager about the latest "honey" that he was "checkin out last night". By the time he did finish, there was so much dressing on the sandwich that I threw most of it out. For a cool $11 I wont be back...

DONT EAT HERE!! I used to go here all the time until I met one of the new employees. Apparently this is a dynamic duo between a mother and daughter but the daughter messed up one of my orders. When I went to correct the situation she immediately hit me with stink eyes and gave me attitude and then proceeded to argue and cuss accusing me of "disrespecting" her. The other two employees came our to correct her to which she continued to cuss me out. Then on top of that she then called her mother to the situation and ad I left her mother also decided to chew me out. The manager called me and apologized by offering two free sandwiches but wont use because the employee is still there. You will recognize her with the scowl when u walk in

IVE WORKED AND MANAGED A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT BEFORE AND I KNOW DAMN WELL THAT THAT DOES NOT GO BY. I CANT EVEN IMAGINE HOW THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS ARE PREPARED. BEFORE I EVEN RISKED FOOD POISONING, I TOSSED OUR FOOD RIGHT IN THE GARBAGE IN FRONT OF THE GIRL WHO HAD THE AUDACITY SERVE IT TO US. SERIOUSLY, DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.

Never been here before and I like to give new places a try. Stepping into the door there wasnt any greeting. One worker only occupied the room and they completely ignored me. Im looking at the menu while waiting for someone to come take my order. It wasnt until 10 minutes later I realized I had to fill my own order based on the bags they had at a bench. The wait for the food wasnt bad, but it was enough time to see that they dont clean the place. Every unoccupied table was dirty and even the floor was pretty bad. Adding it all up I doubt Ill be going back ever for that expense.

My daughter, who I call the Queen of sandwiches, recommended this place. She was absolutely right! At first, this system is a little intimidating. You have to order from the proper bag. However, you get to customize each ingredient. They have a lot more choices than most sandwich places. The food is amazing! The pizza sub is unbelievable. All of the sandwiches Ive tried have been fantastic. The staff come and go, but its a sandwich shop, what do you expect? But, it really is one of the best sandwich shops in town! It might take once you get used to, but its well worth it!!

These reviews must be super old. I was there today. Was greeted by two awesome people. They told me to pick what I wanted from the white menu board then to grab the matching bag down below. Then the fun began I got a red marker and marked up by brown bag lunch. Handed it to the cashier where she asked me by name if I wanted a combo for only $2.50 more. Great prices for a lot of good food. Plus, now I have a awesome yellow cup to use at home or bring back for a refill. Cannot wait to go back to this wonderful place. SubWHAT????

I ordered roast beef, it was the same pressed and formed roast beef similar to what Subway sells, rather than a real roast beef from somewhere like Jasons Deli. My son ordered a meatball sub, it was cold through and through. I ordered the large sandwich (14") which provided enough for four meals, but if its not tasty it defeats the purpose. We wont be back.
