I love this place. The food is so good. As others have stated, its a little over priced and always crazy busy. I hate that there are no nutritional facts provided for this restaurant, or any FRC spot for that matter. If your food is so healthy, why not give nutritional info? Saying its because it is a seasonal menu doesnt work, because really all that changes are the sides, and every season they come back. Im assuming its because really, the food is drenched in hidden fats like oils, just like any other restaurant. Therefore, its not as healthy as theyd like you to think. Your customers are health conscious, and going with a hippy, healthy vibe just isnt enough. I need to know what Im eating! My macros for the day depend on that info. Id eat here more if I knew the nutritional content.

The food here is rather delicious, yet slightly expensive. The quality of the ingredients are above the rest so is worth the cost hands-down. The reason for 4 stars is because this is the only place Ive ever been to that gives me a hard time for getting the Kids Meal as adult. Im trying to watch my portions so I get kids meals at every restaurant I eat at lately. I must say that its rather silly and unprofessional for me to have to debate why Im getting the kids meal. Furthermore, the kids meal comes with a drink and Ive been denied it twice while the numerous other times it has been given to me.

I could not be more satisfied with this place! Being gluten free and loving cheese almost more than any other food, the Mac and cheese was beyond my wildest imagination. I got the mix and match 3 sides with the Mac and cheese, smashed potatoes, and chili glazed sweet potatoes. Holy moly, everything was so amazing. I got the same thing 2 days in a row and am really sad I am leaving town tomorrow morning. Also the service was great, not creepy friendly, not fake hippie bullshit, just sweet. I literally want to live inside this restaurant. Thats all.

The food there was okay: not extremely good, but not bad either. They have a very good open door policy when it comes to their food preparation. EVERYTHING is made right in front of the customers. All of their drinks are teas or Lemonades and none of their lemonades were that great, some of them just outright weird tasting. Not the cheapest place in town as well. It does have wonderful options for those who are vegetarian or vegan. I would personally suggest choosing somewhere else to dine.

Exceptional taste and variety in food that is organic and nutritious. Ive tasted everything on the menu and visit frequently. Due to my having a SIBO illness, I need to be very careful what things I eat and how they are prepared. So going out to eat is typically not possible. Flower Child lets me have the enjoyment of going out and knowing what I eat will not cause me discomfort by going off my strict dietary considerations. I applaud their efforts in providing such great nutrition.

Great place for healthy food that doesnt taste like youre eating out of a lawn mower bag. The Strawberry Fields salad is amazing (when its in season), and I highly recommend the Forbidden Rice bowl. However what really stands out is the lemonade selection. Flower Child may seem a little pricey at first, however the food is filling, refreshing, and completely worth it.

The food is great here and the kitchen gets it out to you pretty quickly. The teas and lemonade are also killer. I wish the prices were just a few dollars lower, to be honest. The portion sizes are spot-on for actually filling you up without over-filling, but each main item seems about $4 too much. Can be a little loud with boisterous groups at times. Check it out!

I really enjoy this place. The food and service is usually pretty fast! My only complaint is that the spices used in the bowls can be pretty strong and almost overwhelming to where you cant taste the food. I usually just request to leave off any dressings, spices, or red pepper vinaigrette. The staff could be a little more upbeat but other than that I love it!

I would enjoy my experience more if perhaps some of the employees (the ones with long hair, dreadlocks) preparing the food were wearing hair nets. I get the whole "earthy" feeling of the restaurant but when you expose your kitchen and customers watch as a food preparers dreadlocks hang over his bandana and onto the food...not very appetizing.

Its pretty good. Small portions, but healthy. Good teas and lemonade. Its pretty hippie but, I mean the name is flower child so what do you expect. I had mother Earth with steak and it was awesome. My gf had the curry and it was bad, half the veggies were cooked the other half werent. The side of avacado hummus, while small, was really good.

Love the food here, especially the Thai Cashew Quinoa. My only criticism is that theres no way to tell if the meals are "healthy for me, as a diabetic, without nutritional information. This is something that even junk food places offer to allow customers to make informed decisions, but a place that purports to be "healthy" does not?

Its always busy and with good reason. Best menu around for the health conscious. I share one of the wraps and a salad when I go with a friend or family member. We usually splurge and have one of the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. You will not be disappointed!

Pricey for the portions, but very fresh and clean food. The place was very busy when I visited on a Friday evening. Theres a to-go register by the west entrance, dont get caught in the long dine-in line of youre taking out. Nice concept restaurant, I only wish they gave bigger portions. Vegan Ceasar was superb.

I have been waiting for a second location to open ever since I stopped going to school across the street from the camelback location! And this one is 10 min from my work! Im beyond excited! Great healthy food thats also delicious!! It is pricey, so its not an everyday place. But a couple times a week for sure!

I love Flower Child! I would eat here daily if I could. Unfortunately, they have not come to my home town yet so I just have to get my fix when Im in Scottsdale. The watermelon-tomato salad is my favorite. Also love the corn and quinoa, Mac and cheese, and greens and grains salad. All tasty, all fresh.

Food is fresh and delicious. Staff has always been friendly and efficient. Lunch time can get very busy, so come early or late, or you may wait in line to order. Love the food, but its a little pricey for me to eat every there for lunch. With a bowl, a side and a drink Im usually around $20.

Ordered the Forbidden Rice with Salmon and NO ONIONS. Order was read back to me correctly. Waited 15min for food and received a plate of 30% ONIONS and NO SALMON. Brought it up to a manager who then had no interest in making a new one, said that itll take a long time to re-cook

Nice setup, large outside seating, very friendly! The food was great and the portions were just right. I really like how they have a recycle bin and a sink! Right there in the dining area. Will definitely come again when Im in a hurry for vegan.
