Not usually one to post a negative review, but this Coldstone was definitely sub-par. I went in 2 nights in a row, and each night the employees were sloppily dressed, no apron, no visor, only about half of them had their name tags. The employees didnt have the covers on the Ghea, and almost all the Ice Cream was mushy and soft beyond the point of enjoyable. The second night we went in there was a middle-aged man working, I assume the franchise owner, wearing a plain T-shirt and shorts, a very unprofessional vibe. We went for a shake this time, and the employee didnt even offer whipped cream on it, or anything, AND the shake was only about 3/4 of the way full. Last time I will ever go to this store. A few nights later we tried a Coldstone up on Val Vista and Baseline and I had ZERO complaints. I was a manager at a Coldstone Franchise in Southern California for almost 2 years, and In that time I never came across such a poorly run Coldstone. Im surprised this store is even allowed to keep their franchise name.

There could be more tricks they attempt. Watching ice cream fly in the air is always fun to watch. Remember entertainment always brings more business. Little expensive but get the entertainment up and itll be bumping again

I love the ice cream, it is just too expensive to go. I know the owner and he is really nice, and so is his wife. Having worked there in the past I can say that the ice cream is made fresh, and so are the waffle cones.

The ice cream was better than expected, and they were cooperating with my kids junior high to do a fundraiser for a teacher diagnosed with breast cancer. Awesome way to give back to the community.
