Im a pretty big fan of Baskin Robbins, but after visiting the location on La Cholla, I will not be returning. I stopped in on a Sunday around 6pm to get a sundae and when I walked in, I was immediately disgusted by the appearance. The floors were disgusting and looked like they hadnt been mopped in weeks. The tables hadnt been cleaned, and there were 5 workers on duty one of which was behind the counter eating Chipotle....really WTF? That is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I placed a complaint on the Baskin Robbins website and hope this review makes it to the manager at that location. If you are going to have a bunch of kids running your store - make sure they are responsible enough to take charge and ensure the place is running and operating the way it should.

Well....I just got called the b word by an employee because I ask her to wash her hand before preparing my food, after handling boxes and napkins....I guess this should have been a sign for me not to eat fast food considering how nasty these places are

I went here on 12/27/16 at approximately 1230 (in case the owner wants to pinpoint the employee.). Whoever the employee was, she was wonderful. So friendly, great customer service, and did an awesome job lettering a cake for me.
