My friends and I had dinner inside. We loved it! Service was outstanding, food was outstanding, do expect a little wait for your main course if you order pizza, we ordered an 18 inch pizza, huge! But worth the wait. You can tell they make it when you order, that is the reason for the wait, in our case, I think it was more because of the size of the pizza. We had beer, red wine, soft drinks and water. Everything was outstanding. We even had appetizers. We didnt have space for dessert, which seems scrumptious, but maybe next time. Wish it was a bigger dining area. But we were a party of 5 with a baby. We had a wonderful dinner. I recommend it, definitely hope to make it into a favorite spot for my friends and I.

My husband and I thought we would give this location a try because weve eaten at there Chandler location and it was delicious. At first everything was going great the staff there is awesome!! They are super friendly and very attentive. However Im sad to say the food wasnt the best. We got garlic knots and they were stale and had little to no flavor. We let it slide though in the hopes that the rest of the meal would be better, but then it was followed up by a salad that had lettuce that was past its prime.( Im talking soggy leaves with brown on them) It was pretty disappointing because how hard is it to make a salad? We wanted to love this location just like the other one but we just couldnt after that.

Horrible. Went in and was greeted at 12:03 (I was glancing at my phone, when she walked over.) Told her that I was in a hurry and needed to leave the restaurant no later then 12:35. I figured this would be no big deal, because the restaurant was empty. I ordered two things that should take any cook five minutes to make: Eggplant parm (you just bake it!) and a cold cut sandwich. They said theyd put a super-rush on it. Again, the restaurant was empty... At 12:30, about 25 minutes after I put my order in, I was served cold eggplant parmesan- and get this! They forgot to put the marinara on. The management of this place should be castrated. Too much? Nah. Castrated.

Incredibly pleased with the service we received tonight. We are first time customers and I was having a little trouble navigating the app and the website. Initially, I gave negative feedback when prompted by the app to describe my experience. Within five minutes of submitting my rating, a rep called and asked how he could help and what he could do to rectify the situation. I cant express how impressed I was at how kind and patient he was as I explained my frustration. He definitely did everything to ensure our experience as first time customers was the best. Will definitely be giving them our business!

I got a pizza, fried zuchinni and canolis delivered to me. When I opened the pizza, I saw it didnt even have the meat that came on the Wall Street, and they only put on the extra veggies I had ordered. But when I called back to inform them, I was just expecting them to take off the price of the meat, but instead, they took off the price of the WHOLE pizza and delivered me a fresh one with the correct toppings. I was totally impressed by the way the people on the phone handled the situation.

I dont see why they dont charge more for their food. Their chicken parm pasta is better than Buca Di Beppos and its around close to 10 dollars. But Im not complaining. Their food is always super fresh. Tonight it was a little less than perfect and the manager (Ryan) gave me my meal for free despite me wanting to pay for it because I genuinely enjoyed it. If you like big portions of quality food at great prices, this place is a gem.

I ordered a meatball sub last week that was perfect ( hard to beat) and let them know I would be back to try the Upstate wings next time. They were great and much better size than some of the places I have been getting wings from. I am from upstate New York and grew up with great wings/pizza and blue cheese and they did not disappoint with enough blue cheese for my wings & pizza cuz thats how I roll!

The food is fine, decor is okay. I came in to order take out so I had to wait, which is fine. The cashier was nice, fumbeled with knowing the menu but she looked it up. She was nice and offered me a free soday while I wait. I had to go to the servers station and pour my own. Not that Im incapable of doing so...it was quite awkward.

We just order a pizza today from this place and both me and my brother got sick we are stuck in the bathroom ..I dont know what went wrong or what they did to the pizza left it out under the heat lamp too long but we will not be buying pizza from here we are sick to our stomachs

Ordered for delivery. Ordered a 10" pizza with five toppings. The pizza was delicious but they really did skimp on the quantity of the toppings I ordered. Next time I think I will eat in the restaurant so if this happens I can complain and get the pizza toppings I ordered.

The owners know how to make pizza. Theyre from NY (as am I) and it was very difficult to find a good pizza place out here. Every time we go in there, the service is phenomenal and the food is outstanding. I wouldnt get pizza from anywhere else in AZ.

Great Pizza Pie! Im very picky when it comes to pizza sauce, most sauces in the desert tend to be too sweet or taste like a tomato. NYPD has the right flavor for my taste buds - service is awesome and well the decor is very relaxed and comfortable.t

Im not going to bash the meal, but its not New York Pizza. So it may be good, but ive spent a lot of time in NYC, and this is not, but AZ people probably dont know the difference. I also had Chicken Parm. its basic. Not good, not bad.

Ive come to NYPD for years. Great service and food. They always stand behind their service so if theres an issue they will make sure you are happy. Good food at decent prices. You could pay less but youd get less.

My favourite location so far; staff is warm and courteous, and if youre waiting for a takeaway order, they invite you to help yourself to free soda whilst you wait (at least, the times Ive been here)..

Fun staff and great service. Pizza was good but not great. Would be a great alternative to the national chains if it was comparably priced, but its a little high for what you get IMO
