I have to go here because it is the nearest one around my area, but the customer service there is the worst ever. When entering the front no one greets and I feel like they areally saying in their mind, "cmon are you done?!". These young employees need more 101 customer service lessons. They should greet customers when entering the facility make them feel welcome. Smile too, not just be there just because you have to, but be there because you enjoy it! It is a fun experience having a job and receive a paycheck for your hard work. US THE CUSTOMERS ARE PROVIDING FOR THAT CHECK. Young people be more courteous and pleasant.

I ordered garlic cheese bread and wanted to add pepperoni and the same guy always says they cant the manager wont let them, I thought i was the customer?? I even said I would pay extra for it and he still said they wont do it, Its like ordering a pepperoni pizza and Adding sausage you get charged each extra topping.. Come on little Ceasers customer should always get what they order especially if they are paying for it!!!! He acted as if the pepperoni was gonna be deducted from his check..Any other little Ceasera we been to gladly takes care of our order with a smile..

They have me waiting for 2 pizzas, almost an hour, they gave my pizza to another customer and she brought it back 20 min. later and they try to give it to me so I ended up waiting 15 more minutes for them.to make another one, also they have the New promotion of more cheese and more pepperoni for an extra buck but they have you waiting longer then the regular pepperoni, thats exactly what messed up my order, bad customer service and they dont keep up with whos got there first. Really a bad place to go for a pizza on Sunday night!!

Ordered pizza and waited 20 muntues for the darn thing. People in front of us ordered the same thing and got theirs right away the lady made the line wait so she could give them their order. Our s was called up two times and sat in the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes and we were basically ignored while other people kept coming in. Finally someone from the back spoke up and she had to finally give us our order. Not professional at all. Need to hire some better people.

It appears as if they leave the phone unhooked so calls do not come in. When i first called today the call went through, but i guess they hung up so i redialed a bunch of times again and nothing... This has happened more than once either that or the phone comes off on accident. I am trying to order the damn pizza and crazy bread ahead of time through the phone because its hardly ever ready!

I was placing my order and they have a sign saying if we dont offer a crazy combo then its free.....so she didnt offer i said so get a crazy combo for free and she replies NO i asked why not it states there if you dont ask then its free shes like i asked you anything else?.....yea but thats not asking me if i want a crazy combo thats different...i wss just upset idk what i should do

This little Caesars rocks.. one they are the only store that I have ever done that will move everything off of the floor for me. The best Little Caesars that I have ever cleaned because I come in and pretty much get to start working instead of having to move all the tables and everything off of their VCT Floor period thank you guys awesome managers and employees you guys rock!!!

These guys are so fast!! pep, cheese, 3 meat and supremes are always ready. Such nice employees. I love this place. I used to go to 32nd street and Thomas until August. I August that store stopped having anything hot and ready. Love love love 16th street and Roosevelt!!
