Patrons that feel emboldened enough by their "Captain" to harass and threaten others due to differences of opinion on politics and religion is dangerous. This establishment is a law suit waiting to happen due to this encouraged culture. I was downtown visiting our home office when I visited Lifeboat and I am grateful I was in work clothes and not sporting any political/religious accessories when I went. I feel that if I had, the owner might have poisoned me due to his obvious hate for anyone with conflicting beliefs. How frightening. I will not return. 4/30/17 Update in response to alleged "libelous claims": It is deeply troubling that every post speaking out about your organization is being labeled as libelous activity/posts when your organization and your personal FB page (which are linked) aliken those of opposing political viewpoints as monsters and Nazis in both printed word and picture. I do apologize that you may be experiencing personal hardship, but I do not apologize for feeling too threatened to return to your establishment.

We visited Lifeboat Coffee CO today. The man there was very welcoming and kind. Our coffee was wonderful! Theres no powders and get this, you can actually taste the coffee in a coffee beverage! I did notice some patroitic and religious memorabilia that yes, differ from my own beliefs, but at no time did I feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in this shop. Owning your own business is huge, it consumes youre entire life! It takes years of planning, saving, wishing, praying, ect and when your beliefs and your religion play such a huge part in preparation to opening your own business why shouldnt it be a part of the business? We need to practice tolerance, and acceptance and not be afraid to associate with people whos beliefs are differently than our own. Bottom line is the coffee is AMAZING! We cannot wait to return!

Went to the lifeboat coffee shop last week for the first time since they opened and I wasnt disappointed. I ordered a large frappe for myself and an iced Americano for my husband, both were so good I finished mine so quickly I was actually bummed that it was gone so fast. I also ordered my husband one of their egg, ham, and cheese bagel sandwiches and it was so huge and hot I had to steal a bite...well I shouldve bought two because I wanted to eat it all myself it was so good! Nothing was pre-made or seemed fake, it was all fresh and so delicious! Ill be back for sure!

Great iced coffee, great breakfast sandwich, friendly staff/owner. Disappointing to see that all, or most of the 1 star reviews seem to be over disagreements in political or religious views. I disagree with Starbucks political stances, but they have good coffee. Instead of trying to blast a small business owner, just move on... and to all the 1 star reviews, get a life and quit letting so much bother you. A little "tolerance" would be nice. Great job Lifeboat! Keep up the good work!

What a wonderful coffee shop. The coffee is great and the people are wonderful. Not sure I understand the negative reviews except for the fact someone is trying to make a political statement which is totally unacceptable. This is a Pro-life coffee shop where ALL life is cherished. Not sure how you can give a negative review unless youre just trying to be mean. Anyway, I drink their coffee and its awesome!

What a great coffee shop!! Locally owned and operated, family friendly. It is refreshing to support a small business rather than the big beast. The coffee they serve is better than most Ive ever had and definitely better then the large corporate coffee shops. And the owner is very entertaining.

Wonderful service, great coffee, warm family friendly atmosphere. I am getting the breakfast sandwich next time! Family night and live music on Thursday nights and they support those who protect and promote life. I love this business.

The owner was actually locking up as I drove up. He graciously reopened so I could get an iced coffee, banana bread and a pound of coffee. The coffee was excellent and the bread was scrumptious!
