I would say three and a half stars because Im not quite sure what to think just yet... Its in a neighborhood that is one of the most racially, economically, and morally diverse places I have been to in a while. They have homeless, alcoholics, druggies, rich people, poor people, but in a nutshell... I would have to sum up this like this. It is what it is, a coffee shop that is like the Nike of coffee.Plus throw in the LGBT factor in the equation and you have the possibility of quite alot of behaviors, tendencies, and social backgrounds for a strip mall that sees both law enforcement, firefighters, and alot of,lets say, People Who Indulge. Its a rowdy friggin corner folks.. But it is interesting....

The employees at this place are beyond lazy. I understand that mornings can get busy but its no excuse for repeated mistakes. I am often given the wrong size or blend of coffee, and Ive seen my order given to other people numerous times. Yesterday I got a COMPLETELY STALE pastry, and today was given some sort of stupid honey bun instead of a coffee cake, AFTER I waited for 20mins for them to do a new one because they gave mine to someone else. Also they seemed completely unaware that one of their restrooms was out of order when another customer asked. Pathetic - get your stuff together.

I come occasionally for relaxation & to unwind , theres excellent food and drinks here , also I love that there is indoor & outdoor seating , close to the train , LA Fitness & shopping destinations , however my only complaint is their restrooms are closed to non-paying customers....I came to Starbucks on Sunday afternoon , ordered a water cup , asked for the bathroom code & was blatantly refused access to use the facilities
