Zero Stars! Wow! Corporate offices need to see the videos on this day!. (They are all on drugs running around meth heads working here) Drug test them especially the guy Manager. Wrong Business for these people to be in. Flys bugs on the food... Plates were still dirty food stuck on it.. Not sanitary here!! On 4-17-2017 8:20pm we walk in pay for 2. Walked out at 855pm. We sat near the cakes. We werent even there for an hour!!! We asked for a refund the manager wouldnt give us a full refund! Waitresse took our food off our table we werent even done.. Even took our receipt! She threw it away! Wow how rude is that.. ( we need it for Taxes they wouldnt provide a receipt which is not our fault the rude waitress TOOK It...! Mgr couldnt find the original" receipt took another" receipt"..That Wasnt Ours" to sign.. THATS FRAUD!!! Look at the videos Corporate you will see! Wouldnt let us finish our food because they are so high on drugs! They dont know what they are doing waitress couldnt talk right like she was high or on alcohol... (Liz " is the waitress extremely RUDE!) (Leiseth) Our cell phone was on the table with our receipt THATS suppose give you a sign someone is Still Eating!!! If you look at Your Videos Corporate" you can see the rude waitress was even Taking Plates when CUSTOMERS WERE STILL TRYING TO EAT!... Wow...! So it wasnt just us.. Like it was A Joke to the Staff to treat and disrespect customers. WE WANT A FULL REFUND GOLDEN CORRAL BECAUSE OF YOUR RUDE STAFF AT 7609 W THOMAS RD. And a receipt!! We Will Never take our company gatherings here anymore.

Its my little ones graduation today we decided to go to Golden Corral which is her favorite we get in there and start eating in about 20 minutes later we see a roach on the table I told the server, the server killed it then a couple minutes later we see another one I would advise the waiter and she stated oh weve been spraying so they want and come back anyhow the kids were discussed it and I was too so we were ready to go as I was walking towards the door I seen the store manager who is Jeff I said to him this is disgusting it may I please have a refund he snatched my receipt and said I was here for over 45 minutes and now I cant have a refund I said it will who is your supervisor or manager are you corporate or are you franchise he did he did and really got offended and started talking crazy and LOUD, I told him that he has horrible management skills then he stated he was going to call the police and have me arrested so I called the police and waited and when the officers arrived I ask the officer please ask the manager if I could not have a refund the officer asked him he said the same thing because I was dining for 40 minutes the officer laughed at him and said the roaches waited 30 minutes to come out. Officer stated she should be refunded. Jeffr act really belligerent this is the worst experience Ive ever seen at Golden Corral please dont ever take your kids there.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! But it wouldnt let me leave a review!! The regional manager Jeff Chapman and his waitress Jessica are the worse customer service EVER!! That 17 year old Jessica was rude as hell bumping into me and my mom and didnt even apologize even after I said "excuse you" that child had the nerve to come back out from the kitchen and bump into me on purpose and chuckle about it and even hide her name when I seen her again to see what her name was. The other supervisor even told her that her actions were wrong and she couldve just simply apologize BUT her attitude was horrible when her response was " okay yea sorry fine okay" no dont give me an attitude when when your not going anywhere in life!! So at the end of the day I feel sorry for you!! When they approached the manager Jeff!! He was even worse stating well shes 17 and maybe it was YOU who bumped into her. What?? Thats how you solve a problem?? Nice customer service yourself and you NOT even making contact with me is enough that you also hate your job. I wouldnt recommend anybody to this place. Thanks Jeff for disrespecting my husband who is a Veteran and served his country thanks for the attitude you gave him.

Worst experience EVER we brought our family to dinner which is a large group of 8. Two servers didnt want us in there area and so we moved around the restaraunt till we found a spot the got told we couldnt move tables together almost got moved again finally they said we could put them together however didnt help at all then. Then the server that was helping the area moved us to another server who was down right rude she slammed the drinks down on the table and they were the wrong ones on top of that rolling her eyes with every thank you and please we gave still forgetting my drink. I had to go get my own drink i finally said to her that we no longer need her assistance i mean who would. Slamming trays and drinks and rude looks and comments. I always leave gratuity being a manager of a restaraunt once myself but i have never been treated so badly in my life. If you dont like your job find a new profession. The food was dried out and and had plastic tongs burnt in pan with the food. AGAIN WORST EVER!

When i walked in, it smelt like a cafeteria. The food was not of Golden Corral standards, I asked for medium well steak i got the cow still mooing, the meat was bleeding. I went for some crispy fried chicken, it was extremely dry. There was mashed potatos, no gravy. The corn-bread was dry, The mustard greens were disgusting.. Even the raspberry tea was watered down. I called to speak to the manager and got a recording it asks to press 3 to speak to someone, it rang 3 times and kicked me back to the recording. I finally got the manager on the line and what my luck hes 3 days old there... He offers a gift card so i can experience this a second time.. HA! i told him to just refund the debit card.. Its a sad day for golden corral.. ONE SAD DAY!...

These other reviewers are crazy. For a buffet, this place is awesome. The steak actually tastes like sirloin steak, usually tender and fresh off the grill. Sometimes you get a piece with a lot of grisle but for the most part, the steak at this buffet is every bit as good as what you would get at any comfort food restaurant like Applebees or Chilis. And it costs a lot less. The salad bar is fresh and includes grilled chicken, ham, and steak strips. And most of the rest of the food tastes pretty good too. To me, this place is an excellent value.
