OK, in the interest of complete disclosure, I didnt visit myself. Instead, I sent a band that I manage to get lunch there during their tour, as Id heard great things about the place. After they had lunch, I received a phone call. "Is there anywhere online that I can leave a review for this place?" "Why, wasnt it OK," I asked. "OK? No! It was fantastic. This place was great and they even had a vegan sandwich for me! The other guys in the band are saying it was the best sandwich theyve ever had. And the people here are *so* nice. It was a great call sending us here and a real treat for us. Thank you very much!" Well, any place that gets that kind of response from the band has got to be doing something right. Really right. Two days later, and theyre still talking about it. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and all in a warm, friendly environment. Ladybug has it going on!

Ordered online for delivery and was told it would be a 40-60 minute wait for the three sandwiches ordered. Unfortunately that became an hour and a half wait. Luckily the sandwiches were delicious and fresh. They have about 15 different sandwiches offered and you can substitute ingredients at will. They also offer several different breads that you can use for any of their sandwiches. Prices were good, about $7 for a sandwich and chips, and all the orders were correct. The estimated time was understandable for it being around the lunch hour (ordered at about 11am) but the hour and a half wait time was not.

I went to the Ladybug House of Sandwiches and will not be going again. My husband and I often eat at a Ladybug Cafe across town, but it is easily apparent that these two establishments are completely separate from eachother. The sandwiches were terrible, overloaded with lettuce and a ridiculous amount of mayo. We ordered "hot" sandwiches, but instead of toasting the bread, the sandwiches were microwaved in their entirety so the bread was soft from the mayo and the veggies were warm and limp. It was a terrible food experience and a definite waste of money.

This place is a really bad and gross. We ordered club sandwiches and I have no idea how this place stays in business. The sandwiches were not toasted and they only used two pieces of bread . . the sandwiches looked like somebody made them at home with wonder bread and cheap packaged ham . . come on. The person that took my money started making our sandwiches without wearing food handling gloves. I was so disgusted by this that when I told my wife, we decided we could not eat them. We will never return.

Ive been ordering sandwiches from Ladybug for probably 8 years. The Ladybug Club on Sourdough is my favorite, but have ordered about 10 different sandwiches. Out of the many, many orders I have placed, they only once got my order wrong and forgot my sodas, but were very apologetic about it. I recommend them to everyone. One of my favorite parts of ordering is getting called Hon ... always makes my day!

Today our group of ladies had lunch at the Ladybug! they served all 13 of us quickly and the bread was soooo fresh, and the sandwiches and soups were simply delicious! The LadyBug is a Phoenix Icon! and when ever I am in that part of town, I stop in for my personal favorite, the Lucy! thanks ladies at the LadyBug! you Rock

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Their sandwiches are simple but delicious...and the service is always great!!! Friendly and efficient. Their breads are always tasty and fresh, as well as their ingredients :) I also like the theme/atmosphere of the establishment, the art is lovely.
