We ordered delivery from them about 8:30 p.m. We had called to see what was included in the combo meals. We were told fried rice, chow mein, an egg roll and a couple fried items. They were very fast. But when we got the food there was plenty of it but it was really disgusting. First of all the "fried rice" that they included in the combo meals, was just plain white rice that they poured soy sauce on and I guess fried it. When Im told Im getting fried rice, thats not exactly what I picture. They should have clarified that. My son also ordered the fried rice as a entree and his came back with everything its supposed to, eggs, carrots, peas, bean sprouts and pork. The food is completely over-salted on the rice and the chow mein. My lemon chicken doesnt taste nor look like any chicken anyone could ever enjoy. We will never order from this place again and I suggest no one else order from them either. How hard is it to add some carrots, peas and eggs and to some rice? When I called and told them that my son had ordered fried rice and it was different than the fried rice that we got in our plates she said thats how the combos come. I really want my money back but Im going to just leave this review and hopefully no one else will waste their money in the future.

I am very picky about my Asian food, the slightest thing wrong and I wont eat. This is my first time choosing bamboo China and I got the first item off there house specialties a seafood mixed dish ( shrimp, scallops, squid,crab meat) with veggies and the flavor it had is outstanding. The veggies are noticeably fresh. And bright in color the seafood was most and full of flavor the sauce was spot on, I also ordered pan friend pot stickers this is the make or break moment do I come back or not? Yes pot stickers will make me never go back I love them. And I choose to come back. The pot stickers are full of meat and delicious and the dipping sauce is amazing. So my verdict is this place is one of my new favorites places the amount I got of seafood for 11.50$ is amazing. The stickers are big. And great service

Were staying at the Pointe Hilton across the street and too lazy to go out to eat. This place is right across the street, and we thought wed take a chance. I ordered the pepper steak combo meal, and my husband vegetarian fried bean curd with rice. The order came very quickly, within 20 minutes. My food was overly salted, and I agree with the other reviewers that the combo fried rice is simply white rice with soy sauce. It was okay, not the most delicious Chinese food Ive had, generous portions and hit the spot after a long day. My husband enjoyed his food, so it was perhaps what I ordered. I would stay clear from the beef dish and combo, and perhaps regular chow mein and fried rice if you are craving it.

Very disappointed. Ive never been to a place with good reviews and experienced the opposite of what everyone else is experiencing. I dont even do reviews on Google. But I was so disappointed with my experience here after expecting something better than what I received. The lady who was working was very unfriendly. The food was ready quick but it tastes horrible and I just got the orange chicken. It leaves an unpleasantly bad after taste and I couldnt get rid of it. Im a broke college student and when I go out I hope to enjoy the food Im eating. But I didnt and I just had to write this review. Never going back again.

The food was terrible, but the customer service was excellent. I ordered the "meal for 2" last night. The food was delivered to my door within 30 minutes. The fried rice and the beef broccoli was very salty ( I couldnt take a second bite) and the beef had that "almost-gone-bad" smell. I called and they replaced the entire order within 40 minutes door-to-door. Fried rice was still salty, beef broccoli was definitely less saltier but flavorless. The orange chicken was the best of the all. Overall Id say the meal satisfied the stomach (large portions) but not the taste bud.

do not eat here!! i came to town for 5 nights for training. I really enjoy chinese food. I ordered shredded pork in garlic sauce with fried rice. The pork was hard and tasted old. The fried rice was stale. This is basic chinese food. How do u mess up fried rice? Simple..they use poor quality or old ingredients. I think this is my first review ive ever written but I had to save the next person from going through this. The place doesnt even deserve 1 star. I hope I dont get sick in the next hour or so. I really need to be in my class tom. Got my fingers crossed.

I ordered take out and as usual, i get the same food at every chinese resturant which is terriyaki chicken with crab puffs...i was very dissapointed the crab puff were really hard almost as if they were left over and just reheated i cant even explain how gross my terriyaki chicken was i didnt even eat it it was so nasty. However my husband got orange chicken and lo mein i did like the lo mein and orange chicken only reason im giving 2 stars other then that would never go back.

This is a little gem of a place for good inexpensive Chinese food. Its a bit on the basic side & it wont win any awards for its decor, but this is more than made up for by the friendliness and quality of food. Weve been going now for 5 years everytime were in town and its still the same. A lot of local people dont even know its there but judging by the number of telephone orders they take, alot do. Give it a go.

We have been going to Bamboo China for years. Although we have to drive past 3 other Chinese resturants to get there, its worth it (Super ****** served us burnt rice twice and would not remake it) This place has been 100% consistanly good and fresh. After being let down bo so may others, we are thrilled to find a great place to get GREAT chinese food. Got to go and pick up another order now. YUM! =)

Were 1 block out of the delivery area, so they want a 25 dollar minimum & want to charge a $3 delivery fee. So thats a grand total of $31 for 2 people to eat there... NO THANKS. If the minimum for the order is only $15 dollars, they shouldnt be placing extra fees and requirements that they dont advertise. Thats called false advertisement and they could be sued over this.

My girl was craving Chinese and I called 25 min before close and they not only said kitchen was about to close and I Was just out of there delivery range, buuuuut, they said they would make an exception because it was on there way home and they would accommodate my order. Talk about service!! They just earned a loyal patron.

wanted to try something new so we ordered their special dinner offer for 20$ . it was nasty the beef was spongy and the chicken fried rice was horrible too much onion i gave it 1 star because the delivery was fast but this is the 1st and last time I will order food from here
