I have eaten at this location 4 times since it opened. This will probably be the last. First time it took 30 min for our order. We were told they had a drive thru rush. Second time we paid $20 for 4 large shakes. Were told their machine was out and would have to wait. Finally got shakes after over 20 min wait. Shakes were runny and one cup had a hole. Had to go back and have all 4 remade. Finally complained and got a discount on visit #3. Today we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 burgers w a large fries. Very straightforward. After waiting for almost 20 min we finally said something. Were again told they had a drivethrough rush. I said I am dine in, and a drivethrough rush shouldnt keep my order that long. Finally got sandwiches and they forgot the fries! We told them and they brought a hot order, but still...

Absolutely love this location and the employees. We lost our debit card while there, so we called and asked if it had been turned in, it had not....rent was due and we were stressing bad. Then surprisingly, some how they had our number and called us back hours later after a gentlemen found it in the parking lot. They went outta their way to save our day! The manager held on to it till the next day and was sure to ID my boyfriend before returning the card back today ❤

Nasty place. Came in early in am and this place is nasty. Restroom is a total disaster. As you walk in it smells like feet. The counters are dirty. Floors arent swept. Not understanding how this place is open. This is why people get sick. Places Like this being open. This place needs new management or needs to be closed down asap. 2 months later and this place is still the same. Close this place down.

If you like your food hair free then eat elsewhere!!! 0 stars, I bought my usual jumbo jack, curly fries and mini churros and I was eating and I was eating burger then felt something abnormal in my burger when I was taking bites and pulled out a black curly hair from my mouth so me and my wallet will go to McDonalds down the street

Friendly, helpful, caring and efficient staff. Coffee was hot and fresh! Breakfast wasnt bad. Wife enjoyed her Jacks Brewhouse Bacon Burger. If your not planning to kiss someone in the immediate future and you love garlic, treat yourself to their Garlic Fries!!!

The newest Jack in the Box in our area. Nicely decorated inside with wall outlets that include phone/laptop charging ports near every seat...love that! Food is good and employees are very friendly. They even brought our food to our table.

My friend and I pulled through the drive through and were taking a second to order. We were giggly and the lady on the other end was so rude! She told us to be serious and then she will take our order. Such bad costumer service from Brenda.

I cant stand coming to this location. The night employees are very rude! Its pretty bad when I have to ask for my food to be fresh every time I go. Its laziness!! I dont recommend this location at all!

For a new restaurant this place was dirty. The dinning room area looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Some of the benches and tables had not been wiped down. The service was average.

Its clean. Dont know why they are saying the restrooms are dirty. They are clean. However twice that Ive been through the drive through they dont ask for condiments and never give me napkins

Better then there old location, food is much better however tables are normally dirty and the soda machine likes to break. Other then that its Jack in the box, you get what you pay for!
