Pretty good food - service lacks. Super bummed about our latest experience here. When it first opened the owner was super cool and could tell they really took pride. Been on a slow decline it seems over the last couple years, but we continue to order because its close and pretty good most of the time. Recently ordered some wings, that I kid you not smelled like they had chemicals on them(they did not of course), so we called and asked for a replacement which we were denied. Seemed wierd for us having gone there since literally day one. We ordered "mild boneless" wings instead of our usual hot, and literally sauce smelled so toxic none of us tried them. We were informed their "mild" is actually a garlic sauce....which ok, I suppose "garlic sauce" is a form of "mild" but sort of misleading - we were still expecting "buffalo mild." Anyway, theyre gonna lose our business for good based on their inability to send a dirver back to our house literally 200 yards away (we usually walk up.) and not replace $7 worth of chicken wings. Sorry guys, we try and "buy local" because we feel the civic duty to do so, but that only applies to small business owners that apprecaite it, and take good care of their customers. *UPDATE* The wing thing kept knawing at me, that there was just no way this was how they were supposed to be. Actually drove back up, to speak to the staff about the wings. Was basically told "I cant give you a refund because you didnt like the flavor." to which my reply was "we didnt even try them, becuase they smell so bad." Their answer was repeated lol. Anyway, to the new owners (looks like the entire old staff is gone, Im assuming this place is under new ownership now) you OWN A RESTAURANT - which means you are supposed to refund money when someone doesnt like the flavor *or* the smell. Guys have a lot to learn about running a restaurant. Reduced to 1 star from 2

I love pie more than the next guy... literally. I know a good pizza when I have it. The service I have received from this place has been nothing but extraordinary.Their pizza is really good. Not crunchy, not... flappy, if that makes sense. It has a good texture to it. The chicken wings are literally 3xs the size of Native whatever their name is now, tastier. The sauce is ok, but if you are using decent size chicken, and know how to cook it, trumps the sauce any day. I have had no order issues with them recently but I had one, in which they quickly took care of it. I have picked up my food there once or twice, and well its not the Ritz Carlton, but I prefer really good food than Fancy Schmancy anyway. One of the reviewers mentioned the staff being friendly and welcoming. That they are and even spoke to the cook who really knew what he was doing and was proud of his pies. Overall, I fancy this pizza joint. Only downside is that it is not open 24/7.

My friends call me a "Pizza snob" and as someone who grew up just outside of Chicago the nickname is probably rightly earned. After trying a number of the establishments in the area, this particular pizza is better than anything else Ive had. The service upon walking in the door was well above average having been greeted by three of the four employees on duty at the time (The only one who didnt greet me was the gentleman making a pizza in the kitchen). The only downside I can think of was that the interior of the building was a little less than impressive, but the vast majority of the best food Ive ever had was from hole in the wall locally owned businesses. Dont turn your nose up immediately, and give this place a shot. TL;DR: Amazing food, Great service

Just stopped by with my husband for a quick lunch. Maybe we got lucky or this area just doesnt break for lunch till after noon but 11:30 had nobody there except us. After eating the spice pizza and trying some of my husbands cheese steak Im totally shocked it wasnt busier! This was hands down my favorite pizza ever. The crust was thin, crunchy and chewy on edges, it had a yummy garlic butter seasoning on the edge that made it my favorite. Its all about the bread for me but it also had the perfect amount of sauce, cheese and oregano. The cheese steak was also fabulous, good balance of meat with onions and peppers, oozie cheese and soft bread roll. Best surprise lunch ever!

Ordered a pizza and wings with 2 liter. The delivery guy showed up 2 hours later with cold food, the pizza box was bent in half, and no two liter. I talked to the manager and he refused to take the charge off and offered me a discount on my next order instead. When I asked for hot food he offered to have delivery pick up the food and give a free Pizza on another day. Then the delivery guy had the nerve to remind me to leave a tip!

Purchased a pizza they gave me the wrong one got home call the store. Manager said no problem "I will give you a five dollar credit next time you come in" I have been in several times and still no manager to give me my five dollar credit. I hate to be lied to, I will find a new place to get pizza. Service going down hill fast

Best pizza I have had in a very long time. Enormous slice, tons of topping options, and a great selection of great appetizers. Customer service was really good. Overall, a great place to eat and I will definitely be coming in again. The store is no longer called Big Boys Pizza. It is now called Piece Out Pizza.

Tried to call. I had a question and wanted to order food. I was immediately placed on hold. I waited six minutes listening to classical piano music. Usually the food is good, but service this time was disappointing. Phone etiquette needs improvement. I didnt order food, they lost my sale.

Forgot my lunch today and saw this pizza place by work, went in and saw the pizza per slice was $3 +.50 per topping, so I ordered 2 slices and an Arizona tea to go. The slices are GIANT. I should have only gotten 1 slice. I will be returning to this local owned pizza shop.

Food was okay. But the customer service was horrible! We didnt receive all of our food and when we called the lady not only got loud with us but hung up the phone! Definitely wont go back the food wasnt good enough to make up for stank attitudes and rude employees.
