I used to go to this place since I was a junior in high school every Friday I would buy $22 worth of food and would spend time with my friends, that was five years ago. Last month I endured something very traumatic, I was slandered and yelled at. Ive never been so disrespected by a food establishment and I will never eat here again! One time I saw one of the cooks drop food on the floor, pick it up, and serve it to a family with young children, I could have said something but I liked that place too much and liked the workers there. Again, Ive never felt so disrespected in my life, I would go back in there and ask for a formal apology but I know those people could care less about their customers. They charge for little things without you noticing and I was once refused service just because I was using a credit card to buy a drink. The people of this establishment are rude and disrespectful, they also treat their workers with little to no respect. I recommend go somewhere more kinder and more formal.

I feel very compelled to write a review for this establishment because sometimes the bad can overlook the good and this place deserves a chance if you have never eaten here. I have been eating here for over 5 years. It is my families favorite pizza and wings. We LOVE their food. Not to mention, I think their customer service is great. The sweet ladies that work there always compliment me on my hair and the men always greet me with a warm and friendly smile. Maybe it is fake as the day is long but I always love walking in there. It always feels very inviting and comfortable. oh, and on a side note, there is never an excuse for bad customer service but I think it should be noted that the older lay that is mentioned in the other bad reviews speaks very broken English. Maybe she shouldnt be the main person to deal with the customers, but she is very nice and I have never gotten a messed up order. I highly recommend this restaurant.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! >:{ THE OLD LADY THAT WAS ON THE PHONE SINCE THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN WAS RUDE! FIRST WE WALK IN AND WAIT FOR HER TO GET OFF HER PHONE. THEN...WHEN SHE SERVED US OUR DRINKS THEY WERE ALL OVER SPILLING AND THE CUPS WERE WET. WE ALL TASTED OUR SODAS AND THEY WERE FLAT! I ASKED IF I COULD EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SODA AND SHE SAID WHY! USUALLY RESTURANTS SAY SURE NO PROBLEM NO AFTER I TOLD HER IT WAS FLAT AND DIDNT TASTE RIGHT SHE SAID NEXT TIME THINK SMART ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT TO DRINK! OK BE SMART..IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW A SODA TASTED DONT ORDER IT YOU ARE COSTING US MONEY! WHAT THE HEK??? I WAS LIKE I KNOW HOW IT TASTED YOUR SODA IS JUST FLAT. THEN SHE HANDED THE RECIEPT ALL RUDE TO MY BOYFRIEND AND SLAMMED THE PEN FOR HIM TO SIGN AGAINST THE TABLE. IT WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE..LAST TIME I GO TO THAT ONE.! AND I HOPE A MANAGER DEALS WITH THIS RUDE OLD LADY WITH WHITE HAIR THAT IS ON THE PHONE ALL THE TIME!

I stopped in a couple months ago, the place smelled like stale beer. I order my lunch. the food was just ok. I havent been back again until tonight. My husband wanted pizza and it was the closest place to where I got my nails done. I ordered a thick crust meat lovers pizza. I get a thin crust meat lovers pizza. Again, the food was just ok. Order accuracy is key folks. I considered saying something, but I had waited 15 minutes for this pizza, I didnt feel like waiting, goodness knows how long for a thick crust pizza to be cooked. I work in the food service industry. Order accuracy is the key to success. If I give my customers food they dont order, I dont get tipped. I really dont like giving bad reviews, but 2 negative experiences on the first 2 times I go into an establishment is just 100% dissatisfaction.

We absolutely love this place! The pizza is some of the best I have had. I am. Im not usually a thin crust kind of guys but WOW it hands down blows the deep dish away. I read some of the reviews on the place before we visited the restaurant every one had been complaining about the owner and her being on the phone and being rude making them wait while she finished on the phone. We experienced the complete opposite! The owners husband & wife are amazing we talked for almost 20-30mins before we even ordered! She is such a sweetheart and he is simply just quite. Its dangerous that they are only a 2min drive away!!!

Excellent pizza. Ive never had such perfect crust. Soft and chewy inside, with a crunchy exterior. Fresh toppings and delicious meats unlike the questionable meats at a pizza chain (except for Papa Johns which is usually very high quality). But this place edges out all other pizza for its crust, like a Mediterranean style bread and perfectly warm from the oven. Not too thick like doughy pan pizzas or too thin like a piece of cardboard. I used to never eat the crust but I do now. Definitely go here!

I and my fiancee was really hungry so we stopped here and the choices of food was many but we picked here. A mistake, I ordered two veggie pizza slices and my fiancee a cold sub. The pizza tasted old and looked like they used old cheese pizza and threw on veggies with more cheese. You can taste the difference between the fresh and the old which was terrible, my fiancee said he could of got a better sandwich next door at Subway. Unfortunate experience......

Visited this location earlier for a 12pc wings and some lady was in the front counter taking her sweet time on the phone with one of her friends or whatever and was very rude yelling and being disrespectful and when I asked for a side of ranch to a young lady she decided to step in and charge me $1.00 for a small portion of ranch cup filled half way, never again will I go there again!!! I rather stick to dominos... just a heads up people!!!!

I just finish calling this location and it was my first time calling this place, a good way of keeping your customers, I was hung up before I ended the conversation.I do not appreciate the service given. I was in the customer service for 20+ years and I have never hang up on a customer unless the conversation ended. Rude is all I can say, RUDE!!!!

AMAZING! How does this restaurant not have 5 stars? Everyone is so nice and the pizza is so good. Im from the east coast and this has been the most authentic pizza I have tried in the western U.S. The salad dressing is made in house and so good. Wings are a little small but so tasty. My husband loves the calzones. Highly recommended

This is a great family owned pizza place in Avondale. Im not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, the staff was always awesome to us when we went in. We would walk up with our kids now and again and they always waved and said hi even when we werent stopping in. The pizza and wings are great!
