They are horrible at this pizza hut. I called to order a pizza (had just moved so I didnt know my zip code) they asked for my zip code and i couldnt answer cause I didnt know it. I live less than a mile from them which I told the guy on the phone, he said that he couldnt take my order till I gave him a zip code, I told him that I live less than a mile from your store so the zip would be the same as yours, he said again that he needed me to tell him my zip code so I told him the same thing AGAIN and again and still he wouldnt put in the zip code. This went on for like 10 to 15 mins, I have never been put through anything like this when trying to order a pizza. I asked to speak to the manger and he told me that he was the manger, what does that say about their customer service! Every time I call them they are rude, I no longer order from them, it didnt seem like they wanted my business anyway.

Before I would rate this place 5 stars but now 1 I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and received a bacon stuffed crust pizza, so I called and went back to get a stuffed crust pizza and it was sooooo oily i used paper towel to wipe off the top of pizza didnt matter the oil was all over the bottom and all on box under pizza and I try to pick up a slice and its soo drenched in oil it wont stay up it just flopped straight down and not just that I ordered marinara sauce with pizza I got with the bacon stuffed crust but I told them they could throw the pizza away but forgot sauce was in it when I got new pizza they did not have anymore marinara idk how you run out so I got pizza sauce disgusting I only eat their pizza with marinara sauce to dip it in basically they suck now

We usually order delivery pizza from this pizza hut. The last time we ordered, we decided to get a large order of potato wedges. The wedges came in a same size box as the wings, however when I opened the box I was shocked to see 15 wedges. Yes, I counted them. They didnt even cover the bottom of the box. I called the manager and he said that IS the large. I find it hard to believe they charge 5 bucks for that! He was unapologetic and couldnt care less about my opinion. He said to go online and complain to corporate. I did, but received no reply. Ill never order from here again, just on general principal. Be careful what you order.

Ordered at 10:45ish tonight and received an email confirmation saying that the order had been placed. I even checked my bank and the money had been taken out, but after about an hour went by and nobody had shown up. I checked my bank again and the money was back in my account.. No call, nothing. So, i called them, but theyre closed now and wont answer the phone. Thanks for nothing. Update: sent a formal complaint online and drove by the store. They definitely just ghosted out of there. Hopefully somebody gets fired.

Only Pizza Hut really around you can go inside and sit in I live close and when we order they are always really nice and will offer to make the pizzas just how you want even when they might not carry the type of crust or whatever nationally anymore thaws guys get my top vote and even my parents drive over five miles to sit in and enjoy this place kudos guys great staff fast service great place and most pizza huts are really bad especially compared to other pizza huts in the valley

One of the few pizza huts that have a buffet but its only during lunch time. Love the variety of the buffet, good cinnamon sticks and pastas. Salad is delicious. Dont listen to any of these other haters. The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt any stuffed crust pizza on the buffet but its worth it. The waitress skydell is very nice and attentive. They also have TVs, it reminds me of the original sit down and eat pizza huts. Papa Johns is way overpriced for what you get here.

Ever since this store was given new management it has gone completely downhill and it shows through the employees that they are treated like garbage here. Its a shame to see someplace put people in charge that clearly doesnt care about their employees and will constantly lie to them. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves for putting people like that in management roles.

My family and I went to this location for the lunch buffet today around 1:40pm and it was terrible, the food had been sitting there for a while, the bread sticks were hard as rocks, it was bad. And I felt bad for the girl working there, because she was the only person working. Other than that its old and dirty and I wont be going back to this pizza hut!

Something is ALWAYS wrong when I order from here. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I keep getting disappointed. My order is either wrong or my food is cold or overcooked. Im only giving 2 stars because their customer service is good. But I wouldnt order from this location again. Their quality has gone waaaay down.

Well... Called dominos, $15 and 30 minutes for the same order. Actually theyre early, gotta go!

First thing i noticed dirty. Place is dirty and especially the plates. Server was bad mouthing the cooks. Server was alright but really slow and kind of rude. I usually love pizza hut but even the food was pretty nasty. So overall dirty rude slow grouse. Bottom line dont eat here

Placed an order for delivery on base and was called right after that they cant deliver. Dont even try, their site wont give you the courtesy of not wasting your time and the associates call with attitudes that you even tried......

Bad services and horrible management. Will not ever go back to pizza hut. Delivery driver spilled wings in bag and picked it up with his hand and asked if i still want it. Now thats some bull$hit!.

Never get my order correctly and takes over an hour to get it now. Im gonna have to find a new place to order from even if I have to drive and pick it up. Im very disappointed with the service

Pizza Hut in general is nasty to eat. I would rank it worst pizza of all at the bottom of the list. The pizza taste like cardboard. Go eat better pizza like Papa Johns or Little Ceasars.

Generally only order the lunch buffet here hard to get the exact pizza you want because as soon as a new one comes out people scramble and its gone. Im generally satisfied though
