Explain why it takes 20 minutes per customer. I mean really? If you guys even have 3 people in line I wont even bother anymore. I work in the mall and this has happened on so many occasions its a joke, Yall are so busy talking to each other or people at Mrs. Fields you take 5-10 minutes just to acknowledge you have a line of customers and then take your sweet time ringing it in or preparing it. It took the girl that took my order almost 20 minutes to finally take my money (acted like I was interupting her) and then after waiting 5 more minutes for her to stop talking and walk back over to tell me they had to cook it first. I only have a 30 minute work break! I dont want to spend my entire break in line because your too busy talking about your nails!

Smoothies are over sweetened and dont offer much of a healthy choice. The pretzel was stale too but I could understand all of that. The reason for the 2 star review is after spending $24 on smoothies, they charged me $0.26 for a water cup for my 2 year old.
