The pizza is amazing. Dont get me wrong on that. But tonight, on my second trip to Piology, the service was worse than I have probably ever seen in a restaurant. The employees complained out loud about how many customers were in line to the point that everyone there noticed. The manager named Courtney needs to be fired, because she probably has the worst attitude I have ever seen in any food service place of business. She literally dropped our pizzas in front of us onto the table and strutted off in such a way that I thought she might spit on someones food. She looked completely furious the entire time, and Id say she needs a total attitude adjustment. Probably has never worked in a restaurant... Like I said, the food is awesome, but the way Courtney treated my girlfriend and me tonight was uncalled for in any setting of any kind. It was a poor attempt at service in the very least...

Pizza is delicious, one of the best in town. Sweet tea is gross and the seating is cramped, but I can live with that. But on Pie Day they flat-out refused to honor their own promotion and were rude about it. If youre not going to offer a discount, then dont advertise the discount to get me to come in. Blatant Bait and Switch tactics.

Really great concept, surprised I havent run into it before. Just be wary, they wont stop you from ruining your own pizza with too many toppings (probably better to stick with the preset menu options rather than getting too creative).

This place is awesome!! They served a couple who needed 8+ pizzas in under 20 minutes! The people are very nice and make sure your pizza comes out fast and is delicious. Its a make your own pizza place.

Pretty poor experience the cashier lady was really mean and rang up the food before I could order a drink to accompany it.Tragic. P. S. I ordered herb strips and did not receive them.
