Last night we ordered delivery (our first time ever having mama Mia) it took a little while with the frustrated man trying to get our address and phone number. He asked for all of it twice. Then we paid with a credit card over the phone. Gave him the number, exp and zip. The delivery guy comes and he had no idea we paid with a cc. He said "oh this happens all the time i hate this they never give me the cc receipt" so I wrote down a tip and signed a regular receipt. The driver then calls me a few mins later saying the store said I didnt pay. Oh yes I did! Then a few mins after that the store manager calls saying his employee said I never paid with a credit card. THE EMPLOYEE WAS LYING. It makes me afraid that the employee took my cc info for himself. This was the first and last time we will ever order from this place. I cant even tell you how are food was. By time I was done arguing with this dude our food was ice cold. Way to gain a new customer! You came to my home to deliver my food why would I not pay, you know where I live! Still so upset about this.

im a private security officer here in myrtle beach sc i had placed a order for chicen wings from this location front desk gave me permission to use the discount.. besides i talk to alot of customers and they are looking for food and i always say mamamias .. the drive brought my food front desk called me on the radio and said food is here.. i was down in the lobby in about 3 minutes.. when i got their.. the driver was gone and so was the food. i called the store and told them that the driver was at my hotel but their is no food.. they called him back.. he finally showed up i asked where he was he said he had another order and he said he waited 10 minutes which is A LIE even front desk said the same thing he was not their 10 minutes he got a attiude with me. and after he left he ran his mouth off again.. as he was leaveing. i sat down to eat.. and the wings were over cooked .. no i did not call to place anoter older known my luck i would have got the same rude driver..

I came to Myrtle beach for a family trip and received the worst customer service from this restaurant. I made an order for delivery my driver brought it and everything was fine until I got to my room and noticed my salad was missing I called to inform them. Not only did I get the run around about it being delivered or being refunded I spoke with both the driver and the manager named Jody and both were rude. When I asked for a complete refund the manager explained if he did that he was coming to pick up the food. When he returned to pick it up he then had had issues with the amount of food that was eaten. As a customer I just wanted resolution and to not continue to be inconvenienced considering I had to go down stairs every time they came to the hotel! The food was not bad what I ate of it but I wouldve appreciated good customer service.

WOW; literally just called the south side store to place an order for delivery the man picked up the phone and said hello I asked if it was the pizzeria he said well yeah thats who you called isnt it and asked me what I wanted I said to place an order for delivery he said well its raining so I dont feel like driving in the rain unless youre going to give a $50 tip I said excuse me he said yeah we dont deliver in the rain unless youre going to give a $50 tip, would you wanna drive in the rain? My jaw literally dropped and I hung up the phone because I was in complete and utter believe that that is how they run a business absolutely unreal and so disgusting would never try to give them any of my business ever again.

I ordered a large extra cheese pizza. Worst pizzeria pizza ive ever had. Pizza was small for a large pie, and quality wise, it looked frozen. The pizza was cold and had a funky off garlic taste and no extra cheese. I only ate one slice because I was starving and have high standards for italian pizzeria pizza since i am from New Jersey, where the average pizzeria has great pizza. Pizza was $16.55 with the delivery charge. I gave the delivery guy $20.00 with the tip.An abolute ripoff and waste of $20.00. I felt so pissed. I was out $20.00 and was left hungry.

In the beginning I was a bit skeptical due to past reviews and traveling with a picky wife and kids, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Im soooo glad we did. The wings were awesome, and the pizza was even better. If we had found this place days earlier we definitely would not have wasted money at the other familiar dining chains. Mama Mias is at the top of the list when we return to MB!

Staff was very friendly and service was amazing! Where we are from we have dominoes and papa johns so we were looking for something different...Mama Mias was soooo good!!! All of the other pizza places around the myrtle beach area closed around 10 but Mama Mias was open til 3am!!! Bottom line....great pizza, bread sticks, hot wings, service and prices!! Highly recommend to vacationers!!

We ordered 40 wings. Extra crispy and extra wet. It wasnt until my spouse came back with the food that I learned the wings are "baked". So when I ordered the extra crispy I wouldve thought he wouldve told me that the wings are NOT fried. And then no extra wet like I expected. The man that took my order was very nice and considerate, despite the food not being the best.

Got to the beach super hungry... first time ordering from Mama Mia... food is amazing I had the palmetto delight salad and my husband had the turkey and cheese sandwich, both are amazing!!! Will definitely eat here again... when I placed the order the guy say 45-50 minutes but the food was here in less than 30... cost friendly and delicious!

Hands down best pizza and wings in Myrtle Beach! Be sure to dine in at the Robert Morris Grissom location. The staff was amazing and the food was incredible! Do yourself a favor and try the wings and breads ticks with cheese. All of the ingredients were of a high quality. Im so glad we took heed to the great reviews for this location.

Food was mediocre....portions were MEAGER....AT BEST!!! I spent $40 for 2 (cold) pizzas (including delivery to the hotel) and my family was still hungry! RIP-OFF!!! Dont waste your time and money. I e-mailed them with my concerns and they never responded! Poor portions and poor customer service....POOR COMBO!

The pizza is just OK at best and the wings are nasty. The service is horrible. I had a girl behind the counter fight with me about a simple mistake they made on the order. Also over priced. I will never go back. Save your money and get a better pizza at dominos for less than half the cost!!

Service and Food were great. We truly enjoy our pizza- everything was fresh and delicious. WE definently will be back- very cozy, local and family owned pizza place. If you are looking for something you have not try before and you will not find in your town this is the place to give it a try.
