Upon first entrance I was greeted by a woman who seemed to have just stepped off of the stripper pole. However, this is in no reflection onto her personally, but that of management I believe. In fact, as I looked around the room every server seemed to be wearing the same attire. Examples include spaghetti strap halter tops which showed their entire bare back, bikini tops that easily showed 3/4 of their breasts, and some even with graphically positioned images over certain body parts hidden beneath the fabric of their tops. I do not mean to call into question the quality of the food, the professionalism of the servers or the comfortability of the restaurant, for all those qualities gained the two stars headlining this review. It is simply that the delicate nature of a restaurant such as this that promotes female sexuality as an advertising mechanic, should understand that both uniformity and a sensible respect for what they are inadvertently subjecting towards anyone who wishes to come into a restaurant and simply eat are two key components to maintaining a respectable basis for customer service. At least the servers at Hooters maintain a sense of uniformity in their uniform. The decisions that reside within the corporate office of Twin Peaks need to be redesigned with family in mind. I cant possible imagine myself taking my mother and father to a place such as this after church, or planning a family dinner and booking a party of 12 with kids in mind, however it is marketed to such. I also do not recommend this restaurant for anyone mainly because of the class of crowd it invites. During my meal a customer who was sitting behind me tossed some change on the floor and asked the waitress to retrieve it. As she bent over he exclaimed with much enthusiasm that his intention was to watch her do so. And I do indeesrand that a restaurant cannot control the customers they receive, but they can attempt to filter the class of people that visit. Again, this does not reflect the women working there, nor does this review reflect their decisions specifically in regards to their own attire, but in managements lack of a moral bias in the gross showcasing of these women while claiming that it is a family-oriented restaurant. All I would ask is that the business market it towards and more adult-driven customer base, and not insinuate that it is somewhere that you could bring your children to for dinner.

This restaurant/sports bar is awesome! I was greeted yesterday upon entering the establishment with an energetic and smiling young lady. Seated quickly and my sever was simply amazing (Kiansi). My appetizer I ordered came out shortly after ordering and was delicious (buttermilk chicken sliders). I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something full of flavor. For my main course with the recommendation of one the managers (Curtis), I decided to have (12 smoked spicy Thai chili) buffalo wings. I never had them before and thought that a manager couldnt possibly pick something bad for me. I must say to my amazement that these wings were fantastic. They were well seasoned, the spices were not overpowering, and the flavor was mind blowing. I may be over exaggerating, but thats how good they were. While I was eating, I was approached by another manager (Josh), just checking to make sure that I was okay with the food and my service. I nodded, gave a thumbs up and replied awesome. Overall my experience with twin peaks was great! I was able to watch the NFL pro bowl, NBA as well as a few other sports that were playing around the restaurant. My message to twin peaks... Thank you to Kiansi for being such an outstanding server, to the management (Josh & Curtis) for making me feel welcome and for an overall magnificent experience. Keep up the great work, and I will be there this Sunday for the super bowl guaranteed!

Beer was cold, my fish tacos were good, and my wifes drink was good as well. Service...meh. We had a trainee, which Im usually ok with because everyone has to start somewhere. At first she was pleasant, but the last few trips to the table started going downhill. When she took my wifes order for the fish and chips, she asked, "how would you like your fish?" I would hope someone trains her that it needs to be cooked all the way through. Again, might be a learning curve if youve never worked in the food industry. But when I went to go to the restroom and came back, her and my wife were talking and laughing at the table. When she walked off I asked what was going on. She said that she came up and asked if we were her table. It wasnt that crowded so I thought surely she hadnt forgotten that quick. Either that or she was asking because she didnt want to get into someone elses section. Either way, the last few trips to the table she was not as pleasant as before. Almost as if someone got onto her, maybe a manager or something, Im not sure. All in all, my wife said that she wouldnt come back. I felt bad because I told her that my experience was good. But keep in mind that I have only been to the Twin Peaks in Buckhead, GA. All in all, our least pleasant experience on our trip thus far. Hopefully they will work out the kinks and train the staff on certain aspects of the job a little better.

The service is horrible. We arrived and sat with no service until I finally got up and requested a waitress. They sent Victoria over, who looked mad that she was asked to come over. She told us that Erica was our server but she would take our drink order. Erica never came so Victoria served our table, which was nice of her. However Victoria needs work as a waitress. I asked to have our tv channel changed to a different game 3 times. She would always say "I asked them to do it." Then she brought our food and asked if we needed anything else, and I said silverware and the channel switched, and my mac and cheese. Initially she thought my mac and cheese belonged to my partner, but it came with my meal too. (She didnt know the menu.) She decided to work on getting the channel changed BEFORE getting our silverware, so we sat with our food to wait for her to do what we had asked since we arrived. Finally she returned with our silverware and the channel still had not been changed. I had to go find a manager to change the channel, and even she took 2 tries before she got it right! Another customer got angry with Victoria and left the restaurant and we noticed two other tables who appeared agitated with her service. The asst.manager was young, immature and became angry at a customer who complained about Victoria. Bottom line, go to another spot to eat. Go to the one in Hoover if you can.

Never have I seen such a turn around from my previous visit. The hostess with organizing the waitresses as quick as she can and I didnt mind waiting the minute it took. I will say the waitress (although she was in training) was spot on everything she did. She brought the drinks within 2 minutes of ordering which were poured with almost no foam. The bourbon selection was great and the ice ball was fun to watch. The appetizer was cooked perfectly as well as our billionaire hamburgers which is now my favorite hamburger to get. The tables were clean and the TV channel selection was great. The manager came around and asked everyone if the channel it was on was what they wanted to see. There was no delay in the change request. All the staff members of both making sure everyone was taken care of and the food/drinks were right. The waitress was double tipped simply because of the outstanding service. Cant wait to go back again!
