First time I ate here like 3 months ago my meal was out of this world and the salsa was excellent not to mention the service was fast and very atentive. I was recommending this place to everyone. Well I went back a second time and complete different experience. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce and my food was ice cold. Im not a complainer but this was such a bad experience I have no desire to go back. The server didnt get the margaritas to the table for at least 15 minutes after they were ordered and it was just me and my husband in the whole restaurant except for staff. I was so dissapointed when my food got there which took at least 30 minutes and the plate was hot but its like they warmed it up in the microwave because the center of my burrito, chili rellano, and enchilada was ice cold. I was so unhappy.

Not the greatest Mexican restaurant in the world, but I love La Zona Rosa. Its a testament to how great a restaurant it is simply because of how long its managed to stay in business; the space it occupies is one that has seen many a restaurant come & go, usually in short spans of time. Service is always fantastic and friendly (and quick!), and if you frequent enough, the staff recognizes you and knows what you want before you do. Its an odd thing to become a Montgomery staple in a short spam of time, but there it is. Always a good, relaxed atmosphere.

Im from El Salvador and stopped at this restaurant last week for lunch. I ordered Pupusas and I regretted doing it. The Pupusas they served me was FAR from what an authentic Pupusas taste like. The beans were dry and bland. The cheese they use for the Pupusas was the same from cheese dip! The Horchata drink was below average, they make it from that Kool-aid like powder. However, Customer service was great, specially our waiter. The food quality was very poor.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Montgomery! We have tried many, but keep coming back here. The food is fresh and the service is great. We went on their anniversary night and they had a great live mariachi band (they played a couple of songs for us). We drive all the way from the other side of town just to eat here. Highly recommend!

Ive really enjoyed it. I think Ive been three times now. Theyre consistent, the employees speak and understand English well. They are friendly, a little scripted, but you can tell their motive is to make sure youre okay. The food is seasoned so well! Its way better than Ixtapa. I love it!

Good Tex-Mex with fast service. The quac with salsa verde and pico was a good choice to start. I had the Chili Colorado too. The ambience was welcoming and nice. We sat at a table, but the bar looked like a good place to hang out and have some nachos and a beer.

Pretty Decent... Went there for lunch. they got my order wrong service is good. First batch of salsa for dipping was good. Second one, not so much. They served me in litterly five minutes. One thing I would change? Probably make the salsa a little spicier.

This was the second time I ate there. The first time it was absolutely amazing. The second time all three of our orders were cold and not very tasty. The salsa was very tomatoey and not spicy at all. This visit was complete 180 from the first visit.

I had a great time with my family. The food was hot and delicious and the drink specials are awesome. The waiters get distracted a lot when its busy so if you want something extra try to ask for it all at one time.

This is our favorite, most reliable, reasonably-priced Mexican place in town. The Tacos Al Pastor are delicious. Service is generally fast. Plenty of seating, never much of a wait if any at all.

Hv been here several times, but today sucked!!!! Fajitas-chicken was kinda tough like it had been sitting...but the sauteed onions & peppers were still hard...chips old....very dissatisfied!

One of the better mexican restaurants in Montgomery and definately the most spacious. Food is above average for Montgomery Mex. All meat dishes are safe to eat here.
