It took about 20 to 30 minutes to get our food. Ran out of chips never got a refill. Couldnt get a refill on my tea. I ordered my son tacos and I ordered fajitas. When they brought our food out my sons tacos were like they were supposed to be. They brought my fajitas with no tortillas and after 10 minutes I finally gave up on getting them and my food was cold by then too. Tea glass still empty. Finally the waitress noticed I had no tortillasby then the food is cold why would I want them now? Manager came out and asked if he could heat my food up. Let me repeat that... He asked if he could only heat my food up. Im not a screamer nor am I shouter. I told them I would pay for my sons food and the tea that we drank but I would not pay for my food that I didnt eat because it was cold. I did not make a scene. I paid and we left. I explained to my son that you dont have to make a scene you just fire the establishment and by that I mean we will never come back to this place ever again. Worst service Ive had in years.

It was hot and muggy in the dining room and the staff didnt seem to care even after we reported it and asked them to turn down the ac. We had a hard time explaining that we didnt want sugar in our tea and the carnitas were bad. I know theres an art to making really good carnitas, but these tasted like they were just boiled and had no seasoning at all. I had to dump a bottle of Cholula on them to make them edible. I would have gotten the buffet but it looked sloppy and unappetizing. Others in my party reported that their food was ok but nothing to write home about. I hate to give such a bad review but this place needs a little better management, I think.

We went on a Sunday and was seated back in a corner with one other couple. We was given one munu when we say down. After we ordered our lunch, we saw other people coming to the back where we were with food. We found out then that they had a buffet. We were never told about the buffet and we asked the manager about it, he just laughed and walked away. We were stuck eating from the menu which was not very good and my wife was given the wrong tacos and they would not change them. We dont recommend this place and the employees were very rude. We are not from around here and are glad that we can never come back.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Lebanon TN. Ive eaten several different dishes and all were great. You get a lot of good ta0sting food. La Hacienda doesnt even come close to this place we have eaten at La Hacienda and it sucked big time. I dont even think La Hacienda makes real Mexican Food. We are from Southern California very close to Mexico and I have to say this place is 2nd when it comes to Mexican food. #1 without a doubt is a place in Nashville called FOGATAS MEXICAN RESTAURANT. No one beats them or even comes close they are the real deal.

Place is nice, clean and the people look happy. Its been some time since I had tacos mexicanos that where fancy and good taste. Love the place its a shame I was passing by and who knows how long will take for me to come back. Im from Cali and we have tacos mexicanos and the tacos here are pretty good. Adres took really good care of our dinner and made us feel welcome. Thanks Andres keep up the good customer service.

Used to be a great place to eat, but new staff has ruined it. We have gone back several times dispite poor service and horrible food experiences. We kept going back hoping it would eventually get back to the quality we had become accustomed to here. We are sad to say it never did. We have received burnt food, watery bean dip, incorrect bills, and poor reactions from the staff with our concerns. Not worth your time!

We stopped in about an hour before close on a Sunday night and the food was still great! Our server was very helpful, and as newcomers to the town of Lebanon, he was able to recommend other places worth visiting. Prices are par for this sort of restaurant, food is good, service was excellent. What more can you ask for? Well, a patio would be nice... but otherwise not much! Will definitely be back!

The waiter did not turn my order into the kitchen, when questioned where mine was I saw him run a ticket and turn it in, and when that came out it was not what I ordered by then the table was finished with there meals and he did not want to comp it. Talked to the manager and it was comped but cannot see myself going there again.

Atmosphere is nice, great smells upon entering. But Paloma sucks as a waitress. Good food, but nothing to write home about. La Hacienda is better, which well be going to next time we have a hankering for Mexican food. Paloma pretty much ruined this place getting a good review from me, thats why she only got a $4.00 tip.

I absolutely love love love this place! And margaritas are fantastic and the food is terrific. I highly recommend Los Compadres, I Im a regular customer and come here on a weekly basis. Just terrible I can not even express how bad this place is! My dog eats better than this. I do cook my dogs food though. Terrible service and when you say something to them about the food they do not even try to make it right. I would suggest taco bell its right across the street! - your US Foodie critic

All expectations met! We came with a group of six and everyone enjoyed their dish. Very delicious! The service was nice and helpful allthough we had some communication problems when discussing the beer menu. The restaurant has the typical tex-mex flair. Would go back there any time.

Stopped in at this place the way from California to New Jersey and we have to say the service here was great the food was really good as well and its very authentic now thats a big deal because a lot of places claim to be Mexican food and all it is beans and rice

The food was wonderful and came to our table fast. Good location for a group or for a cozy, place for a private conversation. The ambience was a combination of traditional Mexican and Western and was interesting and cozy. Service was good.

This place is ok IF you eat in.. only if! Order to go and its junk! Not only do they skimp on the food but the literally give you a tablespoon of salsa and like 20 chips with your order. Its so ridiculous. Eat in or dont!
