This place has great potential to be great and sustain its business in Montgomery, but they really need to reevaluate their staff. The night of 21 May 2017, we went there to watch the basketball game out on the Patio. The moment we step in the door, the waitresses were all standing outside talking and no one came to help us for at least 15 mins. Those current waitresses lack situational awareness, and they do not care enough about their job at all to perform well. I finally got up and someone noticed and ask did we need help. She proceeded to ask what we wanted to drink, we told her. She brought out a coke and water. Neither one of us ordered it. So we waited and waited and waited. 10 mins goes by I get up and went inside and literally had to get someone else to fix our drinks. She made lame excuses about theyre backed up in the back, when there was numerous waitresses standing around waiting to get off shift. One waitress literally came outside and sat down at a customer table (Im assuming she knew them) and said shes tired and do not have long before she gets off. It was just a shock of poor customer service all around, no one seemed to care about their job or customers. We ended up seeing the new manager that came on shift for the evening and she gave us our food for free, and apologized for poor service. The girl that we complained about wouldnt even talk to us while we were still at the table. My advice is, accept new applicates, clean house with people who want to be there. Set a standard of professionalism because everything starts at the top. Goodluck, shalom!

Ordering over the phone for a pick-up order is a nightmare. I have ordered twice since they have opened 6 days ago. The first time, i was on hold for 9 minutes and lady that answered the phone had very minimal knowledge of the menu. I ordered a chicken tender salad with mango habanero sauce and a side of ranch and a buffalo ranch chicken wrap with honey barbecue and a side of ranch. After she questioned that I wanted 2 sauces, I had to explain to her that the chicken is tossed in the sauce then placed on the wrap and on the salad. Its so loud in there, you have to repeat yourself 3 or 4 times so ordering 2 items took about 15 minutes. The second time was worse. Complete lack of attention to detail. Ordered the same thing the same way and my buffalo chicken ranch wrap with buffalo chips (potato rounds). We were told 20 minutes for the food to be ready. I walked in the door 21 minutes later, paid, and waited on my food... and the 40 minute mark I had to urge them to check on my order. Took 45 minutes. No ranch in the bag, no napkins in the bag, no plastic ware in the bag. Also, i paid extra for the buffalo chips and got fries instead. Plus, the layout makes it feel cramped and there is almost no waiting area. Constantly getting bumped into if you arent on one of the two benches they have. The food is good if you ever get it and if its what you ordered... needless to say, wont be back for several months until they iron out some training issues with the staff.

Been at this location 4 times, all lunch time, half on weekdays half on weekends. Weekdays are kinda bare, with weekends being reasonably busy, but not busy that you have a wait or slow service. Typically you can split a medium/large portion between 2-3 people and everyone will come out content. Stick with the wings and youll be good. Burgers seem range from ok to undercooked from the parties Ive been here with, but everyone loves the wings. Bathroom cleanliness is a huge plus, nothing what you would expect from a typical sports bar. Drink specials and special days aplenty, but Ive never been during hours or days where I can take advantage of. Ive heard they are pretty good if youre going on the wing days, which are Tuesday for regular wings and Thursday for Boneless wings. Overall Id recommend this for a group outing or with family. Service is good and serving sizes are generous. Having to stick to one food group restricts me from giving this a 5 Star, but if youre in the mood for it then by all means give it a shot.

It took over 20 minutes for our waiter to take our drink order (only 3 people) and another 5 to get the drinks to our table! I told him that my kids didnt eat Coleslaw and asked if there was anything I could substitute for it and he pointed to the .99 cent sides. I told him that they wanted Mac and cheese and he then said that I couldnt choose from that page since the order was on another page and that those side items where $3.49 each! I told him that he said I could order those just a minute ago and he rolls his eyes and gets an attitude with me because I pointed out his mistake! Our order is brought out but not by our waiter! I didnt get my Coleslaw so I let the person who brought out food out know and he said he would take care of it. As I was finishing up my last wing out waiter brings my Coleslaw and just puts it on the table and walks off! No apology or anything! This was my first and last visit to BWW in Montgomery! Hopefully the new BWW in Prattville will be better when I decide to go check them out.

I think that Buffalo Wild Wings in Montgomery, Alabama is a definite treasure among conveniently-located restaurants in the area. I have been there multipletimes and have never had a bad experience. Period. The food is always great and I try and eat something different each time I go. As far as the staff goes, they are exceptional. Tonight we had a new girl waiting on us and she did absolutely phenomenal. We were asked how we were finding things at least four times before we even finished eating. And, in fact, they were able to beat our 15-minute guarantee by about 4 minutes. This impressed me thoroughly. The only recommendation I have in favor of Buffalo Wild Wings is for them to offer a classically-designed Honey Mustard Sauce, because I am not all that fond of the Dijon flavor they have, and I hear that complaint from many people who have dined there. Great restaurant. Great staff. Great food. Better than the comparable Twin Peaks across the street any day of the week. JamesAlexander

When we walked in, the music/televisions were so loud we asked to sit outside because it was slightly quieter. Apparently this wasnt an option because another party had booked the patio. Once we were seated, our table was next to the wall where the air conditioning was pouring in. Our waitress was stretched over at least 8 tables. We asked if the sound could be turned down and the air adjusted (several other patrons were wearing sweat shirts and jackets). After we ordered, we had to ask the waitress if it was possible to get the sound turned down again. She was able to get it adjusted but the difference was difficult to distinguish because of how loud everyone was talking in order to hear the people at their own tables. My husband and I simply asked for our order to be boxed to go. The food was decent but not noteworthy. I have no reason to return to this restaurant.
