The worst ever. Started with the bathroom. Toilet paper dispenser wouldnt work. Literally had to force it open by breaking the lock. Cut my finger in the process but what choice did I have? Then there was the salad bar, I think, might have been fresh an hour before they opened today but anything but fresh now. The pizza....well if you could have stood a slice up on its crust it could have supported 10 pizzas. The cinnamon rolls were good as always but its supposed to be CiCis Pizza not CiCis Cini Rolls. Finally the fruit punch didnt work and the tea tasted like 1 little tea bag had been used to mske 5 gallons of tea. For 8.50 it was a joke. I could go to just about any place in town and for 1.50 more ate much better had better service and enjoyed better bathrooms. It will be a long while before I come back.

Weve been to other CiCis pizza before and by comparison, this one wasnt very good. The placed seemed dirty, the beverage counter was sticky, tables werent very clean. In regards to the food, the selection wasnt very good compared to other ones weve been to. The food was just ok, some pizzas were definitely better than others. We still like CiCis pizza, but we may choose to look for a different location.

Went around 2 oclock food was what was left on bar....could have ask for fresh my fault....went to bathroom and toilet had overflowed....wast paper was stuck in grate on floor and feces on top of waste paper....floor had not been picked up or mopped....told manager and refunded money but...I was sick when I left...just weak stomach I guess....not good

The food was ok. THE BATHROOM was really filthy and paper on the floor. Toilets not flushed and piss on the floor. Told the manager he just went in the bathroom but that was it. Nothing else was done the manager didnt seem to care. Will not be back. .

Not what it used to be,was better when it first opened up.The high chair for a baby was totally nasty that I put kid on the table.90% of the tables were dirty and the thrash can by the door was overfilling with thrash.Probaly wont come back..ever.

Very friendly staff. I asked if they had my favorite pizza (Mac and cheese pizza) and he said they would get one out right away. They made me my own and delivered it to my table. :). I was impressed. The pizza was good

we used to love the Lebanon Ci-Cis, but now they are either under new management or have new owners, and the new manager, is SUPER RUDE, ill leave it at that. dont expect the same service you used to get.....

Pizza is all right. If they dont have something you like they cook one special. Cheap. Great for families and kids. Service is goods and they always work hard to keep the pizza stocked fresh.

The cashiers were friendly and, helpful. It needed some cleaning the lobby was a mess. However they will make you a fresh piazza just the way you want, just ask.
