I order the ravioli stuffed with portobello mushrooms and the ravioli was not cooked all the way. I also ordered the steak medallions to go with it. I was asked how would I like it cooked? Which I told the young lady medium and please dont over cook it; she told me she would tell them and it should take no more that five minutes and it was actually longer than five minutes. Then another employee comes out which was a male and I asked him to make sure the steak was medium and that I would take it mid rare if that was the temperature it was at; he also went back to tell the cooks the temperature I wanted and told me that he made sure they will make it medium. Well when I got the steak it wasnt cooked medium it was actually medium well and once again the ravioli was uncooked and tough. I myself am a chef and I know what the degree of foods are supposed to be when asked for a pacific temperature and a 160 degrees was not a medium steak. These two specific items I will not order anymore because the cooking procedures that are being taught are not met.

Absolutely the worst Olive Garden, or restaurant for that matter, I have ever been in. They have no idea how to handle a big party. Took 45 minutes to sit 20 people in an almost empty dining room and that much longer to get food that was cooked wrong (medium steak brought out rare). Had 6 different tickets at the table none of them was correct. Took almost 3 hours to get in, eat and get out. Good thing for the waitress that they automatically include the gratuity because she probably would not have gotten one. She left at beer at the bar that was ordered. My husband went to get it and the bartender was nice enough to pour it out and get him a fresh one because it had sat for so long. Absolutely horrible. No wonder the place was not busy on a Saturday night. The locals know how bad it is. We were in town for a soccer tournament, should have asked around for a good place to go.

Dined here 1/30/2016 food was good but the service is terrible. The waitress had the attention capacity of a 2 year old. She forgot to refill our salad and breadsticks....so it wasnt endless. She also asked to refill my drink then forgot to bring it and once I mentioned it again she acted as if it was something new. Will never dine here again and this is one of my fave restaurants in one of my fave places to visit. Truly, had better service at Waffle House. We ended up cutting our dinner short after a 25 min wait. :/ P.S. I was about to order drinks until I heard the people at the next table complaining that a table of people had received all of their 5 drinks and they were still waiting on 1 peach bellini...not a good look.

One star is a nice way to put it, Im definitely not one to write a bad review but the level of disrespect was insane here. After arriving to place a Togo order and being sent to the bar area I was not greeted or acknowledged the entire time. After standing there for close to 15 minutes the bartenders just stood around and not once acknowledged the people in front of me or myself. I then walked to the front where three hostesses stood just talking to each other and i asked if there was anyone else who could just take an order that no one had greeted me or the people in front of me after several attempts, and she rudely told me no that I needed to go back to the bar area. Needless to say I will not be back for awhile.

Came in around 9:20 to get me a grill chicken salad, which they didnt sell anymore, but I went in and nobody acknowedge me until about 3 minutes of me standing there because employees were on their cell phone and didnt even notice me, but the server that took my order was great, manager didnt even speak to me and he was right in front of me at the bar, another customer came in to pick up her order and he turned and spoke to her and was nice and polite, but its cool, finally got my order that was 10.21 and the salad was not worth it, it was so small, omg, I will never come here again.

I placed a to go order after work tonight and was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. I got there and waited at the bar for an hour for my order to "be bagged". Finally after 50 minutes of waiting and asking, I was told they ran out of Alfredo sauce. Noine communicated anything to me for an hour until it was finally ready. The only reason I stayed and waited was because there was an entertaining group of cute guys there. When I told the manager about the wait and the lack of communication regarding the wait, I was told, "Sorry." I will not be back. Ever.

Went the other night there was a touch on the wall! I know some establishments have roaches but the customers arent suppose to see them! When it was bought to the attention of the Waitress she replied "oh we have a lot of roaches"... Ok really so the manager didnt make it any better because she said it was a fight there that knocked the baseboard down and a bunch of roaches came out," they are all in the walls" well alrighty then, check please! Just control the pest problem please! I dont want to see pest!

One of the bus girls splashed spaghetti sauce all over my wife; she walked away without so much as an apology. After watching us wiping jacket, purse, hair, face, and clothing off for almost twenty minutes, the manager offered to pay for our dry-cleaning bill and a discount on our bill. Nice gestures, but considering the damage to some expensive clothing, and the embarrassment of having customers wiping themselves off in the middle of your dining area, I would have done more.

Sat at the bar to eat since I was by myself. The beer selection was pretty limited, and drinks are a bit overpriced. However, the service here was great, very attentive and friendly server. The food was fast and it came out hit and very fresh. The portions are not small, and the best thing about this place is obviously the unlimited salad or soup with bread with any meal. If you havent been here I recommended, and if you have, this is a good place to go.

One of the hostess tonight was very rude, because she told us that we had to wait 15 minutesto be seated, and the restaurant was fairly empty. We just came from South University school and we were starving, the time was like 9:15p.m.. We came yesterday at a later time and the service was spectacular. We called the manager her name was Victoria and she got things straight, for the next time we visit , but we ended up going to baumhowers.

Only half the staff had their shirts tucked in which made them look very unprofessional. Also the host had long blond-ish ungroomed hair braided into his hair. Health score only a 90...I can see why. Waitress talked very unprofessional, poor service. Food all over the floor. Table wasnt cleaned properly. Worst Olive Garden Ive visited, I was surprised because I thought all Olive Gardens had high standards.
