So today myself and 2 co-workers placed several orders with E Wing House. We called first to see if they would make an exception to make a delivery that was just outside of their delivery area and was told that they would make the delivery just this once. Because we were outside of the delivery area, when placing the order online, "pickup" was the only option. This was explained in the first phone call, that orders would be placed online and whos name they would be under. Approximately 30 min later I received a call advising me that my order was ready for pickup. I explained to the caller that the order was supposed to be delivered. After explaining to the caller how the orders were placed, I was then told that there was only 1 order being delivered. At this time I asked to go ahead and cancel all the orders and was told that the charges could not be reversed to my debit card. After getting all orders in correctly, we were told we would have the food in 10-15 minutes. At this point Im not a happy customer, Id not yet received any goods, but had paid for services. 45 minutes later after placing the initial order, I called back to get an updated estimated time of arrival for all 3 orders, now that it had been cleared up that there were 3 and not 1. The person that informed me that she would be the one making the delivery answered the phone. Im no longer hungry, I would just like my money back. I spoke with the owner, whom said he was part owner and that the delivery person had more authority, making the final decision to refund or not. Finally an hour later, the food shows up with the very rude owner, who felt myself and my co-worker were trying to get out of paying for food that wed already paid for, but did not have and no longer wanted. After finally being told "Just like you people," (black) he gave the bag to my co-worker and said "just take it," as if it wasnt paid for. I will never patronize this establishment ever again, and will let everyone that I know to not give their hard earned dollar to people who only feels youre only someone looking for handouts. P.S. The order was not correct, there was no sugar in the tea, I paid for all flats and did not receive what I PAID for.

This place gets one star because I go online 2/23 to place an order for delivery around 8:45 p.m and they take the payment from my account but then sends an email within seconds of confirmation my order was received saying the order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued within 3 to 7 business days. The email did not give a reason. I call a few times without success to ask why and finally after the 4th time the lady who answered the call said they are not doing any deliveries. Well if you were not doing deliveries then your website should be updated so payments will not be deducted and I have to wait 3 to 7 days for my funds to be deposited back into my account. I am not at fault for your immediate withdrawal knowing you were not delivering. This does not sit well with me at all being this is my first time trying this restaurant ever.

I had a terrible experience I ordered my food from the app and it said it would be ready at 6:50 got there and this rude lady at the front desk name amber said she would be right with me and have my food out after about a hour of waiting I finally got my food and a nice lady name Brandi gave me a free dinner and I went back to use it and the lady name amber was very rude and once again she needs to be fired she has very poor customer service and is the reason I was given the free meal in the first place very poor first and second empression of that place and I will probably never eat there again especially if that rude lady name amber is still there!!!!!

Fantastic wings! I just had the Caribbean Jerk and Sweet Heat, both had great flavor (forget the ranch, these wings are perfect the way they are) with subtle heat that builds as you stuff your face. After five wings, youll have a nice bead of sweat building after 7 your scalp starts to tingle and youre wiping sweat from your eyes, but theyre so good youll keep eating until theres none left. Best wings in town. Delivery fee is a bit steep, but with the way people tip, I can see why. Definitely worth the wait.

I called in a to go order at 1:09 and did not receive my food til 1:27, after being told it would be 10 minutes. I made a request and it was messed up then had to wait til it was fixed. I asked for 2 cups of ice, and i was told there was a charge of like 1 dollar for a cup of ice!! Since i was standing there for almost 20 minutes (and waited for my order to be fixed), you would think there would be no problem. Really use to like this place, but due to price change and the service I wont be back.

Ive been coming here for years. The wings are really good but the last few times Ive had bad experiences with service. I called in the order ( as encouraged by the website) and still had to wait 45 minutes. This time I was quoted a price for a special, but when I got there I ended up paying for the special free add on. The clerk told management that she quoted that price. He explained that it was a phone order and wasnt right. So Its Wemos from now on..,

These wings are mediocre at best. Im not sure if they where cooked with something else but all 20 of them where garbage and they only have one price for their fries. $3.99. Nothing special about the fries to be that much. I dont mind paying these prices for good food but I wont be going back. the wing station on government is way better with similar prices.

The WORST food I have ever had. Positive reviews about this place have me very suspicious. Do not eat there. Service is just as bad. The blonde female manager that just yells at everyone, employees and customers alike, made it an all around terrible experience. I threw my food away after one bite. That bad.

I understand that every one that moves out of their parents house are not really mature. But to make comments like that about people means u mad because u have a prob... wit yourself maybe your a reject that cant cook wings and needed to buy them just to see those lovely ladies.

called in for delivery got placed on hold for 15 mins called back later placed my order they never told me how much it was so i called back again and got placed on hold for 15 mins again so i hung up and tried to call back about 6 or 8 times then they never picked up

I ordered a 50 piece wing at 8:35pm and was told the wait would be 20min. I got there at 9:05pm and left at 9:45pm after several other people had come in and ordered. I was offered a free drink over 3 times for the long wait. I will not be eating here again.
