We arrived at peak dinner hour and were seated more quikly than expected. Server was friendly and food was good. However I was VERY annoyed when we went to pay the bill and asked to use a Retail me not coupon that I had downloaded from the app. I was told that Olive Garden does not accept the Retail Me Not coupons even though the app stated that location specifically did, it showed wait times, and said the coupon had been used over 7400 times successfully. The manager claimed that the app can create fake coupons and they just would not honor it. I have never had any store or restaurant turn down a coupon from the RetailMeNot site. The management claimed it was a corporate policy not just that location. In my opinion "corporate" should be thankful that that app is bringing them customers and if they wont honor the RetailMeNot coupons it should be posted where it can be seen when customers walk in. Our $80 couldve been spent elsewhere. Its not even about the small amount of money we wouldve saved...Its the fact that they flat out refused to honor it. It wouldve been smarter to provide a one time discount as a courtesy this time with their explanation. But no....It may be a while before someone will convince me to spend my money there again.

I live in mount prospect ..we decided to celebrate my grandsons birthday dinner there at olive garden of bloomingdale.....we asked for a table of 10...and the manager was very accommodating to our needs...when we arrived at our scheduled time...and was greeted with open arms like family.....the seating manager arranged our table in a way that was perfect with plenty of space.....then came our server....Marissa...what a great girl..she was happy ..cheerful and very attentive to our needs...she was fast...accurate ..and she made us feel welcome....after we were served our food ..the quality was above average...tasty..and plentiful...we were very satisfied with our choices...and the helping sizes....so...i highly recommend making this a lunch and dinner stop for everybody.....many things to choose from...and great wines to......on a scale of 1 to 10....i rate this a 10...10 being the best

Came in just a while ago due to my brother and my favorite entrée being cold from the inside, which led us to having stomach illnesses (especially me) afterwards. A week later, we spoke to the manager Jodie and she gave us complimentary meals. Not only did she do this, but her along with the whole staff were very kind and helpful and friendly throughout the whole visit, which is how they always are whenever I go there. Love this place and the people! Id definitely recommending coming here.

I usually order carryout from here. The process is pretty straight forward and easy online. Usually can find a discount code for your meal every time you order. Unfortunately they dont participate in the rewards program olive garden has at other locations. Sometimes they have forgotten to put the meat on the pasta so I usually always check to make sure its inside there. When they have forgotten it, they have been very good about fixing it! Overall, I like this place.

Love Olive Garden, its my favorite place to eat and I always get the Soup, salad and breadsticks. Staff is always friendly and generous. However, my fiancé hates Olive Garden so I finally get him to go this past weekend, its been a year so I got him to agree to this and we order our lunch and the soup, the Chicken Gnocchi is like water. taste still good but literally not at all creamy. Disappointed.

Worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant - hostess and waiter got into a confrontation while he was taking my order, my food came before my salad and bread sticks (which is really the only reason I go), and had to wait 15 minutes for our check. Avoid if possible, I would recommend going out of your way to go to the woodfield location, much better service there!

Really nice staff upon waiting on my pickup order one of the staff offered a drink of water or lemonade which I thought was nice. Wonderful staff the only thing about my order was they forgot one of my items, I told them about it looked at my receipt and saw the mistake. They gave me the item I was missing. Just a wonderful staff overall.

This is the second time I have come for pick up at this location and have waited in the lobby for 15 minutes or more for someone to get my meal. The purpose of ordering on the phone is to be able to pick up food and make it back to work on time. There are 4 people standing at host station not doing a thing. Horrible service!

The staff seemed way in over their heads for some reason when we were there. Service was spotty, some staff were standing in the middle of the dining room holding a conversation about table availability and nearly shouting to each other across the room. To top it off, the pasta we ordered was bland and drenched in oil.

I like the food, bread sticks are awesome, but if you come at lunch time make sure you have over 2 hours of time, they drag their feet it took us 10 minutes to get seated with one couple in front of us, and another 10 minutes for the server just to tell us hell be with us in a moment. Which took another 10 minutes....

Great place. I and my wife have been going to this location for almost 2 years now, and we love it. Wait it never too long and staff is very courteous. The food is always consistent, which is a big plus. My only recommendation is they should include 4 breadsticks with each to-go entrée instead of just 2.

Was there just recently-- theyre doing a remodel and it looks really good so far! Food was fresh and the waitress was absolutely amazing. The hosts werent as engaged as they usually are, but the waitress personality and willingness to engage us in conversation definitely made it a nice meal.

I think the chicken was undercooked on my chicken parmesan didnt taste right talk to the manager replace the piece of chicken by that time I lost my appetite wasnt quite sure what was wrong with the chicken that I partially ate wasnt sure if I would get sick or not so I didnt need no more

Poor service from our server tonight. She didnt introduce herself so Im not sure of her name. Maybe its on my receipt. Our entree meal was cold as well. However , Felix (hope spelling is correct) thank you for stepping in and assisting you were better than our assigned waitress.

A lot of people like to criticize Olive Garden as plebeian Italian food, but I thoroughly enjoy dining here. The food is delicious, the service is remarkable, and the atmosphere/decor is a mix of class and festive. I frequent this location and have never had any issues with it.

Friendly and helpful staff that will try to cater to all your needs. The only issue I had at Olive Garden is the lack of choices for gluten free items. Other than that, the parking is spacious, dining room clean, and the food is what you expect from Olive Garden.
