My sister and I got the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks lunch. We both ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup. The gnocchi was completely mushy with absolutely no bite at all...they just fell apart in our mouths. My sister ordered coffee and it was barely lukewarm. The worst part was the salad. It literally had three olives in the entire bowl. Then, after eating nearly the whole thing, in the bottom of the bowl was a long black hair. Even if there had been some way for one of us to get our hair in that bowl, it was really long and black and I have short blonde hair and my sister has long blonde hair. We showed the waitress and she apologized, took the bowl, and brought us another one...no offer of a dessert, or to take off some of the bill, or anything...why she thought we would want to eat more of the salad after that made no sense. She should have brought us a dessert or something for that...my sis runs a restaurant and was appalled at the lack of effort to make this right. The waitress was pleasant enough but seemed to lack training. We normally love Olive Garden but will not be returning to this one.

I have eaten at lots of Olive Gardens and this is the worst experience I have ever had. My drink did not arrive till after I had already finished my Pasta E Fagioli soup. Which was dry and way overcooked the noodles were like mush. When my dinner arrived the plate was very hot due to being under the lights forever evidently. I ordered the chicken Parmigiana and the spaghetti was getting hard from being dried out. The chicken had been over cooked in the fryer and was hard. It was so bad I could not even finish my dinner. Olive Garden is usually one of my favorite restaurants. However I will never be coming back to this one.

I hesitated for months to write this review because Ive never written a review about a restaurant. However, the service was so bad that I had to do it. This relates to a visit I made in early 2016. Bad service, order mixed up, but grudgingly corrected, rude staff, and was asked to leave when I finally, and without anger or profanity, complained. This Olive Garden has problems that others Ive patronized dont have. Will not return and have not hesitated to tell others of my bad experience there.

Sometimes they are a bit slow but generally not too bad. Not really a good place for lunch if you only get an hour unless you order ahead or some such. Food quality is always good and I just about always have leftovers to bring for lunch the next day. Olive garden has been a favorite of mine for a long time. The Florence location is one of the best OG Ive been to.

My daughter and I had lunch here today, and couldnt have been happier with the food and service. Our servers name was Kelsey and I wIll be telling all my friends to ask for her when they dine at O.G. All the staff here are good...but she is awesome! Kelsey, I hope you read this, cause you made my day:)

I went with my wife and 14 year-old daughter the host was professional but short with us smile ☺ the waitress was courteous at all times asking is everything alright and made it a very enjoyable meal and concern about everything was with us all the time it was really good service from the waitress

Ive been going to Olive Garden for 20 years. This one is the worst Ive ever been too. The service is horrible, the pasta is soggy and I think the prices are higher than at other Olive Gardens. The only thing going for it is the pretty stone building and landscaping.

Service was wonderful, but before I even left the restaurant I started feeling queezy...by the end of the night I was puking my guts out and had major diherea. Classic food poisoning. My dad started to feel the same way, but didnt end up as severe as I did.

The only good thing I can say about the place is the atmosphere. Very little food for the price, but like always move it here to florence and they screw it up. They hurd you through like cattle, eat get out so we can make more money.

They where giving a whole glass of wine and i asked for a wine sampler and they added 8 dollars to my check and i didnt even drink it so they threw it away and still gave me no sample they were really slow and forgeting

I was pleaaed with my service and food. Most all servers here seem to be polite and poise. Keep up the good work and I will continue to come. I recomend the mixed cheese/marinara dipping sauce and the minestrone soup.

My wife and I have enjoyed the food and service here many times. I dont understand the negative reviews here at all. I guess it is like they say, some people would not bew satisfied if you hung them with a new rope.

Wife ordered the steak Gorgonzola. Arrived woefully undercooked. Ordered medium well, arrived rare. By the time it was cooked properly my food was stone cold. Will never return. Shame on Decatur, Alabama Olive Garden

The staff was more than friendly and checked on us continually. We didmt have to wait on anything. We ordered what we wanted with no limit amd the bill was still way under what we thought. Excellent experience!

Always a pleasant experience! very nice, helpful people and great food. Try the appetizer lasagne Frita or shrimp frita....yummy! Going tomorrow for my Mothers 91st Birthday because it is her favorite.

Amazing service. Im on a vegan diet and they helped me figure out what would be the best choices for me. I have never had a restaurant take their time and try and help me that much. Food was great also.

Excellent food and excellent service. The Zupa is delicious instead of the house salad. The only drawback is the music is a little loud. But overall, its always a favorite choice for lunch or dinner!
