The pizza at Italian Fiesta has stayed the same since I was a kid, which is why I kept coming back, even though I now have had to drive 20 minutes out of my way for it. Unfortunately, the service has gotten so terrible that it has compelled me to write my first review ever. Last Saturday, I waited in line for 25 minutes, along with 18 other people, just to pay and pick up our phoned-in orders. By the time I was finally able to get to the head of the line, the pizza had been ready for 20 minutes. I understand it was a Saturday and they were really hopping. But, why was there 8-10 cooks and only one cashier? No apology was given by anyone from Italian Fiesta. On top of the that, the pizza had already gotten cold. It is disappointing that such a good place for so long, can be ruined by bad service so quickly. I dont believe the customers that waited with me are planning on coming back either. Too bad. They just lost a 20+ year customer.

It is quiet odd for the bad remarks but the the pizza and chicken wings was on point. I drove from the far east side of chicago to come to this establishment because the other pizzeria on halsted and chicken wings worry not so great. This place cooked there food with love and passion and thats how food is supposed to be cooked. The customer service skills is great this place is clean and well kept up.

The pizza is historically great but the service SUCKS! If they know that the weekends are going to be busy they need to be prepared. I had to wait in line just to tell them that I was here for a pickup, not for the pickup itself but just to walk up to the window to say I am here for a pickup was a line that wraps around the inside of the store.

Do not go here! If I could give the place a zero I would. The pizza was cold and burnt and disgusting. They wouldnt give me a refund or deliver me a new one! They expected me to drive all the way back. The sauce was gross. I spent nearly $30 for crap. I will never go back again. Threw the whole pizza away money down the drain!

They have good Pizza but they have some really bad service. I called 4 times I was told please hold. I waited for a minute only to here the phone picked up and hung up. Their pizza aint that good.... This is for the one in Dolton. I have had good experiences on the on on 71st off Jeffrey each time I interacted with them.

Oddly enough, it doesnt seem to be as delicious as the location in Chicago on 71st, and they arent always the nicest, and sometimes they screw up your order (LMAO, I know, sounds like too much) but Italian Fiesta is still the best tasting pizza youll find in the Chicagoland area (tied with Lou Malnatis).

the sauce is great ... i even remember that the credit card machine was down and i didnt have enough cash to pay ..so they were going to give me the pizza .. i was very thoughtful of them .. i gave him the money i had.. its not the best location ..but the pizza is good..

I had my home delivery, this food is off the chain, I order the sausage pizza,Italian beef,and cat fish dinner,01-06-2016 best food I had in a long time ,they got my business for ever, my son told me about them and Im so glad he did and they was on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People you have to understand that customer service is extremely important. It really makes or breaks a business. If the food is good with poor service its like getting your meal served on a garbage pale top....How good would that meal be then. Come on people.

I love their pizza. The only problem I ever had was when I went to pay I couldnt get my pizza because he said I needed my ID (lost my license back then) but my name was on my card & I know my name/# is in the system because they say my last name when I call in.

Everytime I get a sasuage cheese from this joint its soooi good they forgot my fries but the pizza is soooo good I can over look my fries this is the only italian fiesta that still good 71 sucks halsted suck dolton very good thank you guys

The night shift manager Ron is a jerk he is very rude and not willing to talk to the customer at all dont want to hear your story or nothing and sum of the girls are ghetto not everyone but some and the service is slow but good pizza

The food is really good but the costumer service is terrible. I ordered a pizza at 5:18 and it never came and when I called they had attitudes when I asked where the pizza was so if your impatient then this is not the place to go

Although all the workers are not what you would call people persons some all very friendly and polite it just depends on when you go. The pizza is still a staple in the community and has continued to be good!!!

I love their pizza but i swear this place has never heard of customer service. Also dont order delivery because youll die of starvation before the pizza arrives. Actually i should say "IF" your pizza arrives.

This place is terrible out of all of them. The employees have terrible attitudes. They all look dirty. It took them two hours to deliver a pizza. when I got it it was cold. Terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN.

They are very rude, they cant even respectfully answer the phone. Then it takes an hour to even get the pizza that still wont be ready by the time you get there.
