The Smoothies And Food Are Awesome But I Rated A 3 Star Because Im Currently In The Store And The Female At The RegisterIs Very Rude. She Doesnt Have Proper Customer Skills To Be Greeting People. I Specifically Said Thank You And She Just Looked At Me As If I Said Something Wrong. Customer Service Is The #1 Key. I Noticed A New Flat Bread Sandwich You Guys Had But I Didnt Even Get Back In Line Due To The Lack Of Customer Service. Normally The Service Is Great But She Really Switched My Feelings For The Store.

the smoothies are good but the wait is always ridiculously long, on top of that the staff always seems disinterested and lacking in any kind if urgency. go only if u have 15 mins to wait for a smoothie. the ppl taking ur order also prepare the food so its set up very inefficiently. the cashier literally has to stop taking orders to go prepare food. all of this could be forgivable if the cashiers could muster up a slight smile but every time i go in im greeted by a sulky unfriendly cashier who looks miserable.

I went there at around 8 in the evening today with buy one get one coupon and the girl on the order counter alleged that I got it from somewhere unethically. She talked with disrespect in front of other customers. Racist girl humiliated me. If I am having everything valid, it is improper.

If you cannot eat meat or have any other dietary restrictions, DO NOT GO HERE. Asked for tofu chicken on my bowl 3 times and got real chicken. Not only was the order wrong, but it was cold and was put together wrong. Waste of time, waste of money. Never coming here ever again.

No sides like other TS, couldnt made didnt know what or how to make decommissioned smoothies, no water bottles, mold water in the dinning area.. Didnt even have towels to dry your hands in the bathroom. Glad this isnt my TS. There customers are getting short changed!!

Rude staff. Overcharged me for smoothie as well. When I emailed the gm he told me there was "no way possible an overcharge could have happened". This man should not even be running a crack house with his management skills. AVOID THIS OVER PRICED PLACE!

This is an awesome place for a smoothie. My favorite is the Chia banana boost with strawberries. Food is pretty great too comma however , staff sucks most of the time.
