Have been there 6-7 times since opening in October and have done take out 3-4 times also..... EVERY take out order has been incorrect, even the ONE I ask clerk to actually open and review to be sure its correct ! I was JUST there, one couple in front of me. HOSTESS seated them then came back to stand off by kitchen talking to other servers. Saw me, never acknowledged me....I waited, and waited......I left after 5 mins. I can spend my money ANYWHERE. Since the move, new personal AND Management, have given this customer the worst service I have received from PERKINS IN YEARS. .....I am fairly a regular, but I am HEAVILY considering not stepping foot in there again. Younger, less seasoned staff, crowded conditions, noise level at times is horrible, and management appears not to manage. Half the time you dont see them anywhere. I really DONT like complaining.....I am just stating the facts....very poor service, very poor. I waitresses for years, as did both my children...I worked in customer service all my life,,and have NEVER seen such a restaurant. I am sorry to say ALL of this because I used to praise the former restaurant, recommend to family and friends...its very very sad indeed.

On our recent vacation, we ate at Perkins restaurant. We dont have a Perkins where we live, so we were unsure about the quality or price but decided to eat there since it was across the street from our hotel in Gillette, WY. Our group of nine was treated with such hospitality we felt like old friends! We were quickly seated and asked what we wanted to drink. Our friendly waitress Danielle answered our questions about various items on the menu and helped our kids with their orders, always with a sincere smile. We tasted our food and were all pleased with the quality and outstanding flavor. The prices were reasonable, the atmosphere family oriented, and the service exceptional! We loved it so much we ate at Perkins again Rapid City, SD! Wish we had a Perkins in western Washington!!

Visited this restaurant for breakfast. Our waitress, accidentally, and I do mean accidentally, spilled water on my husband. She was mortified and extremely embarrassed. She kept apologizing over and over again, even though we assured her all was OK. The manager and asst. manager came to our table to extend their apologies and offered us a discount on our breakfast. We again assured them that it was not necessary and were not, in any way, upset. In any event, we did receive a discount. The food was very good, hot and our waitress was wonderful, and I sincerely hope that she does realize that we were not upset. I would recommend this Perkins to anyone and everyone, and I certainly do give them 5 stars+.

I went there for take out so id have something to eat at work. I was so, so hungry and the chef salad in the bread bowl looked sooo good. It was a huge salad, and well worth the $10 i paid for it. BUT then I took a big bite of it and realized the shredded white cheese was completely rotten, it was really, really bad. it tasted fermented and i gagged when i ate a bite. Stuck at work starving (in the middle of the night, i work 3rd shift) and i cannot leave to get anything else. I gave it 2 stars because the service was good, the guy who took my order was really nice. I dont usually complain online about places but this was really, really bad and im absolutely starving!

Called ahead to let them know we had 18 people coming. Get there, 15 mins before she asked for our drinks, another 15 before we got them. 10 more mins before she took our orders, appetizers came after 25mins. Another 20 mins went by until we finally got our food. Burger was over cooked(well done), gravy was cold, milkshakes were either warm or in very small cups with no refills(in the tin mixing cup). In addition to slow service the waitress was extremely inhospitable, swearing under her breath when she gave us the wrong food and we corrected her. There were even three cooks as i found out from asking. We arrived around 11:40 and dint leave until 2:30ish.

Took forever to get a seat when there was open tables. Host was rude as well as the manager. The roof was leaking in the room they sat us. There was no bucket to contain the water so the carpet is getting soaked. I asked for pancakes with chocolate chips in it and got back pancakes with burned chocolate. They must have had the batter on the stove and just threw the chocolate chips right on top instead of mixing it in the batter, which caused them to get burned.

Must have been a bad day for the staff. We ordered breakfast menu items from the $4-8 menu, and they were not worth the price. The food was greasy and while the service was decent, the experience wasnt anything more than you could get at Dennys. After the fact, we both ended up getting sick. We did end up calling the manager after the fact and she said she would handle it but not too sure.

Lady took our order then vanished never saw her. Been sitting here for an hour and have only gotten our drink and a group of people that came in after us got there food and we still have nothing. I definitely will not becoming here again.

Took 20 minutes for drinks somehow our dinner order got lost in the kitchen. There were only three other tables in the restaurant and nobody to be found half the time. Then my food came out cold. Horrible service and experience

Food was good, service sucked big time. Manager walked around with the enthusiasm of a hard boiled egg!! This isnt my first rotten experience with Perkins, I guess Im done with this place!!

Tough chicken. Fries overdone. Salad had some old lettuce. Fish was good. Desserts were good. Waiter was great but needed help, so was behind on refills, etc. Cannot recommend.

Newer restaurant that has pretty good service overall. Food comes out hot and correct. Dont forget to get a fresh made Mammoth Muffin for breakfast the next day.
