Lousy service. I called about an issue with an offer. The person I spoke to was not even polite. I was passed off to the manager who explained the "fine print" of the offer. I decided to order regardless of the issue. We were charged extra for extra toppings and yet barely had an acceptable amount of toppings for the pizza at regular price. I am pretty amazed that I would call, get no customer service and then not even get what I paid for.

Called and spoke to a guy who sounded completely stoned out of his mind on some kind of drug/s. I had to call another business instead for dinner. Which is no big deal. Spoke to Manger who sounded like another young guy who doesnt know much about service or management either I would guess. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Although their pizza is pretty good.

Not the best quality. Twice delivery driver has failed to bring full order to my house ,so we have to wait for some of our food while he goes back to get it...to top it off food was cold both times upon his return!! Do not recommend this place at all

Second time weve ordered from here since we moved to Newberg. First experience, not good, dough did not taste good. Now onto the second experience, dough was soggy and not done. Dont think we will try for a third time.

The service is hit and miss. The store itself is a mess and the manager is a flake. I may order from here from time to time for something quick and cheap... But Im rarely surprised by the customer service.

Burned the roof of my mouth, pizza quality was bad but what do you expect from Pizza Hut ?? They skimp on toppings also .. 16$ for a medium
